Note:- (a) Contractors or his representative / engineer will report to concerned Engr in charge in office morning hours to collect routine check-up/urgent complaint works related to DG supply till completion of work. (b) The urgent complaint/work shall be attended by the contractor immediately within an hour on receiving the complaint telephonically. (c) The contractor will provide necessary tool & plant required to attend complaint of DG set and also provide safety guideline to his tradesman.(d) All routine / urgent job slip will be prepared and get signature of user's and will be deposited in office with in 24 hrs. (e) In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 4 hrs. after handing over of routine / urgent work, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty 1000/ per day or as described in penalty clause given here as under.

Note (Cond/-): (f) The penalty shall be applicable to the contractor if the delay is noticed by the Engr-in-Charge more than four hrs. after handing over works of urgent nature to the contractor. (g) The Engr-in-Charge shall handover the slip containing specification of work to the contractor by lodging the time and signature of contractor be obtained on slip. (h) The contractor shall attend the complaint, immediately and shall report to Engr-in-Charge within 8 hrs. (j) The contractor will keep his tradesmen in stand by for attending any routine / urgent works from the executive in round the clock. If the nature of job is such that the work cannot be completed within period of 4 hrs. then the facts shall be brought to the notice of the Accepting Officer and the period for the working to the complaint shall be decided by the Engr In Charge / Accepting officer.(k) The contractor shall maintain a record of all urgent work at and if the work is repeated due to poor workmanship, he will be liable to repair the same without any extra expenditure to the Govt.

(iii) Submission of passwords, operator's manual, trouble shooting manual circuit diagram, schematic diagram and layout plan related to SCADAsystem required for smooth functioning & all as per Manufacturer's instructions.

(iv) SCADA reports related to all the systems to be submitted/mailed to AGE/JE on every week with details of :-
(a) Attending and completion of break down within the specified time frame (i.e., within 4 hrs. of reporting) & submitting records showing the date & time of reporting and completion.
(b) Maintenance, repair and replacement of unserviceable spare parts as required at site with date and time of completion all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
(c) All the calls related to unserviceability/breakdown of the system should be attended within 4 hours, if failed to do so, penalty of Rs. 1000/- on each day shall be imposed until the system gets repaired for smooth functioning.
