Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick/concrete surfaces in two layers in CM 1:4, finishing coat of 5mm thick using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing waste materials, debris to a distance exceeding 10 Km but not exceeding 15.0 Km out side MD land including, loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces on wall and applying two coat of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali and fungal resistant, dirt resistant exterior paint of required shade(company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 Litre/10 Sqm over and includingpriming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 Litre per 10 Sqm over new surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, paving including finishing the surface even and fair including necessary formwork, Finishing exposed edges fair or rounding or chamfering of exposed edges, where directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of sewage lines up to 100mm dia pipe by rodding from one man hole to next man hole, washing thoroughly with fresh water and removing all sludges from the sewage lines including removing existing man hole covers and refixing properly after cleaning and disposal of sludges out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The sludge/debris and other waste material obtained after cleaning the drains shall remove from defence land duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the removal of sludge/debris.

Cleaning of sewage lines up to 200mm dia pipe by rodding from one man hole to next man hole, washing thoroughly with fresh water and removing all sludges from the sewage lines including removing existing man hole covers and refixing properly after cleaning and disposal of sludges out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The sludge/debris and other waste material obtained after cleaning the drains shall remove from defence land duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the removal of sludge/debris.

Cleaning the blockages in floor trap, Nahani trap, Gully trap, WC 'P' trap or 'S' trap, and refixing the same after cleaning the pipes making good damaged cement joints, dia of pipes n.exc 150 MM complete all as specified.

Cleaning of man holes of any size, and upto 1.5m depth by taking out cover slab of any size and bailing out foul water, removing night soil & sediments& disposing off out side MD land, cleaning the external surfaces with fresh water & fixing the manhole covers including disposal of sludges/water out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The sludge/debris and other waste material obtained after cleaning the drains shall remove from defence land duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the removal of sludge/debris etc.

Taking out RCC cover slab of septic tank of any capacity carefully, taking out the sludge including foul water, collect the sludge in closed container and remove from defence land duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies. after complete removal of sludge inlet and outlet pipe, M.S ring and septic tank complete cleaning with fresh water as directed and placing the RCC cover slab in position and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed Notes:- (i)The sludge/debris and other waste material obtained after cleaning the drains shall remove from defence land duly followed the instructions laid down by the local govt bodies and the quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the removal of sludge/debris etc. (ii) The rates quoted in the above item include the cost of T&P like Cleaning Rod, Bamboo spade, sewage Cleaning/Pressure Machine with loader etc complete. (iii) The lines measured once cannot measured again within 3 months. If blocks in the same lines re-occur within 3 months the contractor shall not be paid extra for the same. (iv) Minimum 2 persons shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all days for attending the complaints of cleaning sewage/Blockage. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/AGE concerned. In case of non attending of complaints within 12 hours the recovery @ Rs 100 per complaint per day shall be made from contractors dues. (Date and time in Complaint Slip is only the criteria of recovery of non attending blockage complaint) (iv) Recovery made by Engineer -in-Charge will be final and binding for non attending sewage complaint.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick cushion of dry river sand, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator , including Dismantling of existing old damaged interlocking paver block of any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and refixing only of existing machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block after levelling sunk portions with sand cushioning all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate quated is inclusieve of Sand for leveling/cushioning nothing extra shall be paid seperately.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm mixed with grey cement and pigment as in flooring, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match shade of tile laid over and including 20mm thick screed in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repair for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side laid dry with and including one coat of exterior grade terracotta paint on tiled surface area complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in repair for Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in CM 1:6 with and including one coat of exterior grade terracotta paint on tiled surface area complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid and bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm wide or girth including preparation of surface etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair for Stainless steel grease trap of size 90cm x 45cm x 45cm Seamless fabricated tank, with perforated basket receptable containing three compartment system designed to trap bigger solid crums of kitchen waste, Smooth openable latch system allowing easy maintenance and servicing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable water tank after disconnecting water supply line and Supply and fix 500 litres capacity tripple layer, rotational molded, polythene water storage tank with cover (Cylindrical vertical with closed top),colour white , hoisted and fixed on roof in position, including all fitting such as connection pieces with GI tank nipple for inlet, outlet, washout and overflow etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed suitable for 25 mm ISI marked and taking down unserviceable ball valves all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description ad in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs of man holes including necessary form work, placed in position, set in CM 1:4 complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars(CRS/HCR), 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for TMT(CRS/HCR) bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wires (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or secured with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix concertina coil of 600 mm outer dia made out of 2.60mm dia spring steel wire 230gm (2min) dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of castrol make incl white colour, each coil having min 50 turns (circles) and an average weight not less than 8.57 kg (plus or minus 5%) including handle and spike at both ends of coil errected in position on top of mild steel angle by fixing with MS rod for securing incl necessary welding to MS sections etc including taking out old concertina complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix PVC (SWR) 75 mm dia of outlet, floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) joint free area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm and not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in cement mortar and pointed in white of coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x350x7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete complete all as specified and as directed.
