M&L for Brick work with sub- class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in M 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair surfaces of brick masonry or concrete surface, finished the surface even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly wall surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface 75 mm (Broken stone or boulders), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 (type-C-2) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor subbase and Plinth Protection with necessary form work, Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete tiles 25cmx 25cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with mixture of white & grey cement in equal proportion & no pigment in floors, and cut and polished over, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment. complete all as specified and directed.

-ditto- same as tem No.14 but except tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old tile obtained under item No 13 of above BOQ shall be re-used under this item.

Supply and spreading coarse aggregate from 12.5mm to 4.75mm not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, ceilings or in floors etc and including necessary scaffolding where is required, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 150mm drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, PCC bedding as well as hunching, including removal and disposal from defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Cement Concrete type D2 1:4:8, bed to drain pipes including packing under, and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in 150/160 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils not exc 250 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc1.5 M above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing, fixing, jointing, testing and commissioning pre-fabricated PP/PE MANHOLES of approved make, complying to relevant IS (in absence BS/ASTM/equivalent) standards, over 150mm thick base of cement concrete Type D2 in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand 8 graded coarse aggregate 40 mm aggregate), with 150mm thick top ring of cast-in-situ cement concrete Type C1 in 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand 6 graded coarse aggregate 20 mm aggregate), consisting of chamber base, Risers, Shafts, necessary arrangement to take the frame and cover, including all required accessories like blanking/socket plugs, eccentric reducers, jointing with rings / sealant, telescopic adapter (if required) to raise the height above ground, making necessary inlet/ outlet connections to base, in situ adapters for providing necessary inlets as per requirement, all complete as per drawings and specifications, manufacturer's instructions and specifications and direction of Engineer in charge. Material and Labour for Supply, Jointing and Laying in trenches on any type of surface and Testing of HDPE pipes for Sewage Network, of material PE-100 and pressure rating PN-6, ISI Marked IS 14333:1995 with latest amendment. Laying true to line and jointing, welding, testing of pipes and specials and giving hydraulic test, Disinfection, Wash-out and Commissioning with all accesories as per manufactures instructions and specifications , with all required factory made specials and fittings as per IS: 8360 and IS: 8008. Including testing as per the Specifications/BIS standard. (Contractor will make his own arrangements for procuring water for testing) all as specified and directed. Make PRINCE/SUPREME
