S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of brass mouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, all as specified and directed.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members weight exc 4 Kg/Sqm, all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new steel surfaces exc, 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of manufactory’s factory assembled and tested electric driven CI body submersible sewage water pump sets of capacity 5.5/7.5 KW/HP, 2900 RPM capable for delivering 1700-150 LPM at 9-23 Meter head range coupled with three phase 415 volt,50 Hz complete with delivery 100mm, all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of GI pipes of size 80mm medium grade with all fittings laid in trenches/duct complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - Quoted rate inclusive of necessary GI flange and cutting/welding work if required to connect the pump at site, all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix 6mm dia stainless steel wire rope including provision of chain pulley suitable for hanging submersible motor complete all as specified and as directed.(Rate inclusive necessary SS clamp, nut bolt etc)

Supply and fix flat three core PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper submersible cable 1100 volts of size 2.5 sqmm, all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, test & commissioning of LT UG cable XLPE insulated sheathed and armoured, with aluminium stranded conductor, LT 1100 Volts grade of size 16 sqmm 4 core. Note: Earth work, sand and bricks will be measured and paid under relevant items, all as specified and directed.

M&L riddle Sand Cushioning (dry) in Trenches/Ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be Measured.

Supply and lay burnt bricks of class 'B' laid dry across in trenches for cable protection, all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix GI pipe light grade 50 mm for cable protection under road/floor or fixed to wall/panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made and tested Outdoor type LT panel board suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having bus bar chamber with air insulated PVC sleeved with heat shrink of colour code on aluminum bus bar of rating 100 Amps for phases on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be weather proof, dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and fabricated out of 3.0 mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated after seven tank process .The panel shall be front openable type double door adequate space all around accessories such as LT switchgear and measuring instruments including internal wiring in the panel with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volt grade IS 694 marked or PVC sleeved copper strips of appropriate size as per standard is practices and comprising of followings accessories. M&L for earthing complete with galvanised iron or steel plate earth electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level, earth plate shall be surrounded on all sides with 15 cm thick layers charcoal dust mixed with salt connected to and including galvanised earth strip 32x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of GI nuts, bolts and washers at one end and other end shall be connected to test point complete all as shown on electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit (1:2:4), RCC earth pit cover and suitable handle, 20mm bore GI medium grade watering pipe with wire mesh and funnel, 40mm bore GI medium grade protection pipe including testing on completion complete, all as specified and directed.
