M&L for plastering with Nito bond SBR (Styrene betadine polymer bonding agent cum cement mortar/concrete modifier Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Bostik Boscocem SBR or equivalent) modified cement mortar (1:4) under the slab to an average thickness of 40 mm (applied in two layers not exceeding 20mm each) , including the cost of all materials rent of tools and labour charges etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing additional reinforcement bars in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars including the charges for cutting , bending, placing and fixing in position using Lok-Fix (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc Chemicals India Ltd or equivalent) complete Including the cost of steel bars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing of shear connectors of 8 mm dia inside 12 mm dia holes at 50 mm deep @ 500 mm C/C after cleaning the holes to remove the dust particles and fixing the shear connectors using Lokfix S ( Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals India Ltd or equivalent) polyester resin anchor grout complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground floors) complete all as specified and directed .

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by chipping top layer, picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut polished Kota stone slab as in flooring/landings over 20mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including grinding rubbing and polishing complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L machine cut polished Kota stone 12 to 16 mm thick over 10mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 as in skirting in one piece laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 316) as in window grills, welded mesh for windows/ventilators fixed with flats to frames including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description ( etc window, vent, grill etc), all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded, all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors, window, Steel racks of MS angle, MS Plates, steel sheeting or other section wit, including necessary cutting, welding, drilling holes purpose made hinges, locking arrangement, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Butt hinges 125mm heavy weight mild steel hinges for steel windows/doors etc, all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old/new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of VX-polymer based anti-corrosive paint over a coat of anti-corrosive primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium powder coated Glazed window shall be of openable casement type (Hindal co 34mm series) as mentioned below with and including 4 mm thick tinted glass/frosted with glazing beading & rubber/EPDM Gasket, each shutter provided with 01 Nos powder coated aluminium casement handle and 02 Nos stainless steel friction stay hinges complete all as specified and directed. Taking down existing water proofing treatment of any thickness from the roof /parapet including cement mortar bedding , PCC tiles, padding concrete if any, up to the RCC slab, removing debris out of the premises and cleaning the roof complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting the V grooves on the terrace slab where ever cracks are observed and fill the grooves with Bostik flowfill grout GP/Fosroc heavy duty non shrink grout Convextra GP2 , coving all the 90 degree angles , slab/wall junctions with Convextra GP2 all as per manufacturer's instruction, all as specified and directed.

M&L providing a levelling course of cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4, using 12.50 mm stone aggregate, 40mm thick maintains a slope towards the drain water pipes by adding a water proofing admixture. Note :- Admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3, over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing admixture complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Waterproofing admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement motor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on walls including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two coats (5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound over 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6) on fair faces of brick work / concrete blocks /concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including (Note- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately), all as specified and directed.

M&L 60mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade all as specified and as directed.Note : Colour and pattern and size to be approved by GE.

M&L 50 mm thick cushion of coarse aggregate of 6.3 mm and below size, laid to the pattern as directed, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in coping, coving, kerbs, mud stops , rounded or chamfered on edges, all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, Type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc.

M&L for application of water proofing treatment as per following specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Thorough cleaning work, removal of loose screed, repairing the damaged portion and filling any mortar potholes with modifier mortar using Fosroc Nitobond SBR or Bostik Boscocem SBR or equivalent mixed with cement and quartz sand as per the ratio recommended by the manufacturer. (b) Providing and laying coving at the junction of slab and vertical parapel wall with cement mortar 1:4 and admixed with Fosroc Nitobond SBR or Boscocem SBR as per dosage recommended by the manufacturer. (c) Providing & applying one coat of primer Fosroc Nito proof WB (water base at a ratio 1:2 )/Bostik Boscocem SBR @ 0.25-0.30 kg/m2 or equivalent on a well-prepared surface. (d) Once primer is fully dry, applying a coat of one-component Acrylic based modified polyurathene elastomeric solar reflective cum waterproofing coating of Fosroc Brushbond Roofguard premium / Bostik Block P530 BOSCOSEAL PU-D or equivalent by brush or roller. (e) A layer of Fiber Mesh Reinforcement of 45 gsm embedded over first coat. (f) Over fiber mesh, applying Second coat of waterproofing coating of Fosroc Brushbond Roofguard premium / Bostik Block P530 BOSCOSEAL PU-D or equivalent by brush or roller to fully cover the fiber mesh and make the surface. (g) Waterproofing membrane system continued to be applied on the parapet wall up to 300mm height or as per manufacturers instructions and the quoted rate shall include necessary materials, tools and application procedure as per maufacturers 's specification.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture, all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall /ceiling /soffit of chajja by scrapping with steel scrapers manually / mechanically, washing, rubbing down etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 mm thick wall care putty on walls, rubbing with suitable sand paper to make the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surface and applying antifungal weather proof paint on walls/ roof projection soffit with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of any shade and colour/design two or more coats applied @ 1.67Ltr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or old plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of internal alkali resistant priming paint etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of internal alkali resistant priming paint etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing unserviceable materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc, all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable main switch/DB, Teak wood boards etc, all as specified and directed.

M& L for point wiring surface type complete with 1100 volts grade 1.5 sqmm (FR-LSH) PVC insulated, unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through in and including stove enamelled steel conduit of suitable size with all accessories for fixing flame proof switches/sockets etc and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. one light point controlled by one switch

‘-Ditto- all as per item No 39 above but one 3 pin 5 Amps socket outlet point on independent board all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and as per directed.

supply and fix Flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16A,250V, 2P+earth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure (for DB's when MCBs to be used), single pole and neutral double door, 4 way, 240 Volts with 200 Amp bus bar, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole, 240 volts 6 to 32 Amps 'B' Curve, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole and neutral 32 Amps, 240 Volts, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 2x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapour group of IIA,IIIB & IIC Zone 1 & 2 and IP 66 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistanttoughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc complete with all accessories prewired and including taking up old fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of Flameproof cum Waterproof LED Bulk Head light fitting of 15W, IP66 protection of Cast Aluminum alloy material and Heat and Impact resistance toughen 'A' clear glass having Anti corrosiveepoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories pre wired and including taking up old fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L earthing complete with GI earth plate Electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check and washers of G I or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Pt -I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for earth wire protection, necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC chamber and RCC cover and connecting lead wire from test point to DB complete all as specified & directed

Supply, lay, test & commissioning LT UG cable XLPE insulated sheathed and armoured, with aluminium stranded conductor, LT 1100 Volts grade of size 10 sqmm 2 core including taking down old cables, all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work, sand and bricks will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Excavation in trenches for underground cable n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil including forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for riddle sand cushioning to underground cable in layers ( 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable) in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and lay burnt bricks of class 'B' laid dry across in trenches for cable protection, all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix GI pipe light grade 40 mm for cable protection under road/floor or fixed to wall/panel complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old GI pipes, all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting/dismantling of bitumen road/RCC floor etc for laying / passing underground cables up to 10cm depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate 100mm thick in cutted/dismantled portion of road and making good after laying/passing the cables complete all as specified & directed.
