Material and Labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate )as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete for poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Pre-cast cementconcrete block masonry withsolid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in mortar,complete Type C 1 1:3:6 set in CM 1:6 complete all as spd and directed by Engineer in Charge

Material and Labour for rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finish the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken boulders or stones complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washers etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 4923-1968 Grade St-240 for square or rectangular tube complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof overing/cladding to all, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 100mm tk Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection,Floor topping etc , surfaces finished of concrete flooring with brooming complete all as spd including provision of necessary construction joints complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints grade A, 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over area in hard or dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meters wide and not exceeding 1.5 meters in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm stone crushed agg.) as in side of path or similar work complete all as specified and directed

Supplying laying, jointing and testing Tubes, 'light grade' galvanised,with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid under road for passing cables complete of size 40mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20 W, 220V,AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for One light point wiring on surface/cieling/ Trusses/concealed controlled by one switch with PVC single core unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cables FRLS 1.5 sq. mm size drawn through and including PVC conduit of suitable size and all acessories, fire resitant, ISI Marked including 2 mm thick 60mm depth GI sheet pressed terminal box (recessed) with 3mm thick laminayed hylem sheet top cover including PVC single core unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cables FRLS 1.5 sq.as earth continuty conductor and makingn good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floors/ceiling etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 5 Amp complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fix Ceiling rose, 3 phase/PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body, 65 x 50mm, 3 terminals.complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for filling of road cuttings etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Cutting bituminous road/ PCC path way/or any other indicated direction , not exceeding to a width of 0.5 mtr and not exceeding to a depth of 0.5 mtr, laying pipe for UG Cable protection and refilling with the excavated material, watering and well ramming in layers and finishing with 1:3:6 PCC up to a thickness of 100 mm, removing the surplus material away from the site, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long for lightning conductors complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 numbers 8 mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below the normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL and connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No.5 connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8mm CTD bars @ 100mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion all as specified and as directed. Note :- The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC cover slab, GI funnel with 40 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 15mm dia light grade GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete all as specified and directed,

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
