Supply and fix aluminium cable lugs for LT UG XLPE cables of size 300 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix double compression flame proof brass cable gland suitable for cable size 3.5X300 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of size 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified including taking down of old item complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Cost of GI pipe 40 mm shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) GI strip and GI pipe length of upto 7.5 RM shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate and over and above shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing strip fixed to wall on batten or porcelain insulators or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in GI pipe 40 mm or fixed with poles or any other indicated sitution for loop earthing etc as required using galvanised iron strip of size 32 X 6 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI Pipe 40 mm shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour 40 mm bore MS tubes light grade galvanised, with all fittings laid in trenches or walls or for passing earth strip, etc , complete including taking down old item.all as specified

Material and labour including supply, transmission, install, commissioning and unit testing of 10M high mast shaft in two section(top100mm/Bottom 360mm- 3mm sheet thickness-445 PCD) suitable for 55 m/sec wind speed along with head frame, luminaires carriage suitable for 06 luminaires in symmetrical arrangement and other accessories manufactured in factory consisting of the following a) Raising lowering of system comprising 200Kg double drum winch, 5mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral three phase power tool motor, manual handle, junction box and lightning. b) M30X80M EN8 Grade foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. c) 200W LED Floodlight luminaire with minimum 24000 Lumens Light output in CRI70. Powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium LEDhousing designed to act as heat sink for efficient dissipation of heat.LEDs are provided with secondary Polycarbonate lens optics to get optimum optical performance .Luminaire should have Minium IP 66 and IK 07 Protection. Internal Surge protection of 4KV and External surge protection of 10 KV in minimum required. The luminaire shall be designed to ensure lumen depreciation L70 over 50000 burning hours as per LM 80 report. Driver shall have a power factor 0.95 and THD 10%. ( Bidder should submitted LM 79 Report from a NABL Accredited lab, LM 80 Reports, Type test report and TDS along with tender) SLE FL 200W IP66 LIVIA G1- 6 nos of Light/ high mast

d) Low intensity LED type single dome aviation obstruction light. e) Outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch digital type, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button,Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals f) Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour.( Foundation considered as per our standard drawing) g) Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour

Material and labour for earthing complete with galavanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr below ground level) with top edge of eath plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers of GI or steel, including PCC (concrete chamber) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C 1 using 20mm raded stone aggregate, with fair finish internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge of (0.68mm) 8 mesh per liner inch, 80mm thick RCC pit cover 320mm x 320mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate reinformed with XPM, JALLI and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR part -I and specified including provision of earth wire protected by 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20mm bore medium grade GI pipe, and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point/ transformer nuetral/body/ LT panel etc. and tesing on completion, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3 1/2 core laid in trenches/under roads/on walls etc. complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated soil/sand for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only manual excavation is permitted and any damage to existing cables/water pipelines/sewage lines to be repaired without any extra cost.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard /loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for sand cushioning and covering of UG cable using riddle soil in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

Cutting existing road/ hardstand/ concrete blocks/slabs/brick work or stone masonry of any type by using crow bar chisel up to a depth of 45 cm for laying GI pipe including making good the surface by returning filling watering ramming in layers cold mix bitumen over 200 mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones over returning filling watering ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Roads, Drains, Culverts, etc. made good as per existing type without any extra cost.

Material and labour for GI tubing medium grade (ISI marked) of size 50 mm dia with all fitting/acessories for protection of cable on pole/wall and under road crossing including clamps, nut bolt etc all complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 pole, 63 Amps,415V, 16KA on the existing LT panels all as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing PVC MCCB enclosure on the panel board for above MCCB complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for connections to the above MCCB with suitable size cables, cables lugs as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed
