Supplying and laying 40mm nominal inner dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, SDR 11, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all & Plain CPVC SDR 11 brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching , refilling & testing of joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Supplying and laying 25mm nominal inner dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, SDR 11, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all & Plain CPVC SDR 11 brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching , refilling & testing of joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Supplying and laying 20mm nominal inner dia Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, SDR 11, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all & Plain CPVC SDR 11 brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching , refilling & testing of joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of open well submercible pump set capacity 3 HP, 3 phase 380V AC, 50 Hz, discharge 8.8 LPS at 20M head, suction & delivery 65 x 65 mm dia complete with all accessories all as per manufacturer's instruction/recommendation with and including suitable size copper cable ( two runs of 3 core 4 sqmm Submersible cable) connection from motor control Panel starter to motor drawn through the 40mm dia PVC pipe and pressure guage, complete all as specified and directed. Make - Kirloskar Model - JOS-326 or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repairs DOL Starter having capacity upto 7.5 HP 415 volt, 3 phase relay max range 9-14 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only submersible cable 10 sqmm 3 core flat cable copper conductor for submersible pump set 7.5 HP complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix butterfly valve cast iron conforming to IS 13095, 80 mm dia valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix butterfly valve cast iron conforming to IS 13095, 65 mm dia valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix butterfly valve cast iron conforming to IS 13095, 50 mm dia valve complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ball valves high pressure of CPVC with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed suitable for 25 mm ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ball valves high pressure of CPVC with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed suitable for 20 mm ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 50mm C.I double acting air valve, flanged end, PN-10 of approved quality with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc. ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rotational moulded Polyetheylene Water Storage Tank 1000 Ltr capacity Triple Layer (Cylinderical verticle with closed top) including 15mm dia GI Medium Grade 200mm long overflow and wash out pipe each with all required fittings, Checknut, Stopper etc complete hoisted and fixed in position, including all incoming and outgoing connection of GI pipe complete and including 20mm PTMT Ball valves high pressure wiith epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete for 15mm dia pipe (Minimum weight 15mm- 142 gms/each) fixed on roof top complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for valve chamber of internal size 900mm x900mmx900mm using 23 cm thick brick masnory wall in CM 1:4 including excavation, earth work in any strata & PCC 1:4:8 foundation type D-2, 100 mm thick including 20 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 coping & plastering the internal surface with 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 providing 2mm MS sheet chamber cover with "FH" embossed with opening arrangement lock system with 50x50x6mm angle iron frame duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded granite stone aggrgate as in coping, bed plate, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for taking out and laying UG cable and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil and depositing to the sides and returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soft/loose soil after cable is laid complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning HT panel board for VCB, indoor type, factory made, powder coated , dust and vermin and weather proof, Cubicle type made out of 3 mm thick CRCA Sheet & MS angle iron section of 50X50X6 mm frame, front operated with locking arrangements, 630A ,11 kV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz., metal clad, flush front, floor mounted, vertical isolation, Horizontal draw out, 350 MVA rupturing capacity Vacuum Circuit Breaker Incoming & Outgoings as per the detailed specifications given in tender document including all connections, etc., with POWER PACK door interlocking panel and should be expendable type The panel board shall have suitable busbar chamber having sufficient space to pass through UG Cables and have compartments for each control gear and metering devices. Providing bus bar for phases and neutral and shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators made on non hygroscopic, non combustile, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DC material at an interval of not more than 300 mm through out the length of the TP bus bar all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge with and including the following:

Disconnecting and taking out the HT termination from existing VCB and connecting to the new addon VCB after taking out proper shut down and charging the system after completion of UG cable connections, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and lay cable XLPE 70 Sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 Volts grade, 415 volt, 50 Hz. insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable, heavy duty, 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor cables of following sizes fixed in wall/ roof or laying in trenches etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable, heavy duty, 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor cables of following sizes fixed in wall/ roof or laying in trenches etc., 50 Sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 Volts grade, 415 v, 50 Hz including taking out old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of MCCB 160 Amps,4 pole, 415 Volt adjustable type with breaking capacity 36 KA, Ics=100%Icu, fixed properly at directed location and connecting/testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 75 mm dia high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kg/cm2 for cable protection, fixed to walls, ceilings or laid in floors/ trunches etc including clamps, nut, bolt and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commision LT panel board, outdoor type, factory made, powder coated , dust and vermin and weather proof, Cubicle type made out of 3 mm thick CRCA Sheet & MS angle iron section of 50X50X6 mm frame, front operated with locking arrangements. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands and provision for louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The panel board shall have suitable busbar chamber having sufficient space to pass through UG Cables and have compartments for each control gear and metering devices. Providing bus bar for phases and neutral and shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators made on non hygroscopic, non combustile, track resistant, high strength FRP/SMC/DC material at an interval of not more than 300 mm through out the length of the TP bus bar all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge with and including the following:-.

Supply and fix in repairs danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red clour and fixed with MS clamps bolts ans nuts of approved size for HT 25x20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mm, 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below the normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL and connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No.5 connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8mm CTD bars @ 100mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion including taking out old earthing all as specified and as directed.
