Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) type D2, as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping or chamfered on edges and similar articles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix prepainted galvalume zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to rain water gutters fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including frame work cover fillets etc complete all as specified.

Taking down Copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket, bell, power point) complete fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting any type, building security light removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for taking credit to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated sheathed FRLS multistranded single core copper conductor cable in PVC concealed conduit rigid non-metallic (ISI marked) fixed concealed on wall/ roof except beam, column and RCC roof including chases cutting incl suitable size/ cap of sunken box for modular switch and socket and modular white cover plate, flush metal box etc including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor as earth continuity wire for One light point controlled by one switch and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in replacement of Factory made singe phase and neutral sheet steel made out of CRCA 1.2mm thick powder coated double door vertical distribution board 4 way dust and vermin proof fitted with two cover, one screwed cover for incoming and outgoing MCB's and second for protection of MCB's fitted with colour bus bar of capacity 200A, neutral link, earth bar and din rail suitable for use on 240V, 50Hz supply, partly immersed in wall and making good disturbed surfaces with matching colour complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB SPN 32 Amp rating 240V, 10KA, 'C' curve in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable main switches and distribution boards with fuses/ MCB's (single phase or three phase) of any capacity all as specified and directed.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor FRLS, ISI marked cable drawn in and including ISI Marked, medium grade, non metallic, Fire Resistant PVC Casing & Capping and all accessories, with 1 run of 4.0Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor FRLS, ISI marked cable as earth continuity wire and making good disturbed surfaces, applying distemper / Emulsions matching to the existing colour / quality of walls/floors/ceiling etc. complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Three runs of cable and one run of PVC casing and capping shall be measured as one unit

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level surrounted from all side by 15 cm of thick and packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt ,filling alternate layers and electorde connected by using GI wire 4 mm dia (max -length of 7.5 mtrs ) by means of bolts,nut and washer of GI and providing GI light grade pipe 15 mm dia as protection pipe for GI wire connected main controll board / test point and provided with GI pipe of light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel,wire mesh PCC chamber of 1;3;6 type C1 ,and RCC cover of 1;2;4 type B1 including necessary earth work in any type of soil /strata disposal of soil all as directed and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part -1 removing all Tiles before starting earthing work and laid the Tiles in same place after comletion of earthing and testing on completion also.

Amount of Schedule of credit of for Rs 1,13,795.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount.
