M&L for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two top coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint (Apex ultima protek (Asian paint)having FIVE years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer (Apex ultima protek (Asian paint) and exterior putty wherever required all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of point and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The old surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even all as per manufacture instruction before application of emulsion paint. The cost of materials (like putty, base coat/topcoat of exterior paint), labour & T&P wherever required for preparation of surface are demand to be included in the rates quoted. (ii)The work must be got executed through authorised applicator of manufacture. Guarantee certificate should provide from the authorised applicator of manufacturer and shall be got approved from GE. (iii)After carrying out preparation of surface the same shall be got approved before application of exterior emulsion for each building. (iv) The cost of Scaffolding and safety measures wherever required are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor

Taking down cement plaster, in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 8 mm thick CM 1:4 with approved water proofing compound over backing coat of 12 mm thick in CM 1:6. mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.
