Comprehensive preventive maintenance by technically qualified technician and rendering operationally EOT crane 3 Ton located at CGAE Nedumbassery including assemblies inspection to maintenance of longitude travel/cross travel system assy and checking lubricating of gear system topping up of lubricant upto desired level replacement of gasket, nut, bolts, washer, split pins for proper tightness and safety including replacement of worn out parts, checking of coupling unit travel track etc. All other miscellaneous item & ensure safe operation of crane including replacement of worn out parts. Preventive maintenance of housing system assy comprising of inspection checking including topping up/charging of lubricants & gasket inspection and checking of bracing, pully, nuts, dollys washer, split pins, bushes, hooks, checking of housing pully and lubrication thereof inspection of hoisting rope for cut abberation etc & cleaning up all greasy/clipping materias inspection servicing, setting and testing breaking limit system for its safe operation. Inspection, checking, setting out including replacement of damaged wiring of electric system in and outside cabins. Note for Item No 37 & 38:- (i)The crane shall be inspected for for any abnormal conditions such as sound due to uneven welding joints, dust particles etc. and shall rectify the defective conditions as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii)The defects which occur during operation of crane such as dislodgement of cable or any other crane parts shall be rectified as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (iii) The Inspection shall be carried out by the representative of OEM only (SAFEX energy Pvt Ltd) as and when directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of inspection of representative OEM as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for load testing of EOT Gantry for cranes of 3 tonne capacity at full load capacity including arrangement of dead load complete with safety certificate once in entire contract period from a competent authority , ie safety officer deputed by State Govt. or Central Govt with test certificate from all as specified and directed. Note: Dead load shall be arranged by the contractor on his own arrangement and no extra payment shal be made by the department. (ii) Tools and tackels shall be provided by the contractor at site for testing purpose without any extra cost to department. (iii) Rates quoted against this item shall also deemed to inclusive for shifting/transporting the load form place to place and unloading which will be arranged by the contractor including required ropes, manpower etc for handdling the load required for load testing. (iv) If any damage happens to Govt property during the load testing, the contractor shall fully resposible for damage and shall rectify the damage as per the user satisfaction.

Painting of EOT crane 3 & 5 Ton located at CGAE Nedumbassery including assemblies after cleaning the outer surface of the EOT Crane by rubbing with emery paper ,remove oil particles, dust etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as per existing type colour code with providing painting of synthetic emamel 1st quality paint after scrapping of old rusted surface and cleaning of Oil and grease, soil dust partical material by manualy with sand paper suitable for capacity of 3 Ton to 5 Ton Crane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 M depth and getting out in soft/loose soil getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material / soil to a distance n.exc 50m away and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, testing and commissioning of heavy duty landing valve (internal hydrant) double headed gunmetal bearing ISI mark grade 63 mm female instantaneous outlet compelte confirming to IS 5290 with PVC blank cap and chain and having suitable flanges for 80 mm dia wet riser/ downcomer and leakage testing on completion including taking out unserviceable old valve complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
