Material and labour for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etcs etc with plain fair faces including setting in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced, in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub base, floors and pavings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick machine pressed set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement and pigment, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement & pigment, glossy finish, reflective type, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade including 50mm thick bedding with 6 to 10mm graded coarse aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix of 6m square deco pole with mild steel and 2 layer of PU painted top/ bottom 10mm size having sheet thickness of 3mm, the pole should be with deco single arm bracket possible to fit 60 watts street light, the base plate size of 300 X 300mm; pole should have built in loop out option, 4 Nos of hot dip galvanized foundation bolts having sized M20x700mm long for strenghtening the foundation including nuts, washers etc as per OEM specifications and including foundation including necessary PVC flexible pipe for incoming/ outgoing and space for fixing the foundation base complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix astetic 60W street light with die cast aluminium housing & IP lense & 120 lm/W; IP66 protection; THD10 %; PF 0.95; CCT = 5700k; LED of OSRAM/ brigelux/ Cree; the luminaire possible to mount 35-50mm pipe from deco pole with necessary fixing arrangement, the driver shall be externaly accesable with SPD of 15 KV and BIS approved potted one, the brand name should be embossed for long term identification complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected with galvanised strip of size 32 x 6 mm upto length 7.5m by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers including welding of each joints made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe light grade, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm compacted thickness all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 cover slab re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15cm C/C both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 metre etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I 2009 complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 3 x single core flexible copper cable of size 1.5 sqmm from cable junction box of the pole to light fitting and connecting with electrical system complete all as specified and as directed. Note: One length of 3 single core cables are considered for measurement

Supply and fixing PVC Junction box, with 2 x Aluminium busbar and one MCB SP 6 Amps for controlling street/ security lights water tight complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Riddled soil as earth cushioning to UG cable by using IS sieve to separate the composite particle/roots etc. and filling/spread in trenches as cushioning and punned to required thickness to form a solid bed complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Punned thickness only will be measured and paid . 2. Excavated approved soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS.

Supply and laying well burnt old size sub class 'B' brick for laid dry. flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over UG cable for cable protection in trenche complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 40mm dia GI tubes medium grade, including all fittings fixed on pole/wall and under road crossing etc including clamps, nuts, bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm deep with approved soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting existing road/ hardstanding/ concrete blocks/ slabs/ brick work or stone masonry of any type by using crow bar chisel up to a depth 30cm for laying GI pipe and making good all disturbed surfaces of road/ hardstanding/ concrete blocks/ slabs/ brick work or stone masonry upto the existing surface level by returning, filling, watering, ramming in layers 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate over 200mm thick hard core of broken bricks/stones complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately
