Note: One run of both Suction & Discharge pipe line along with insulation shall be measured as one length complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of controlling cable between indoor and outdoor units complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and charging Refrigerant Gas R22 or eco friendly gas in sealed cylinder complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of Power cabling for the complete system complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing of Hard PVC drain piping of size 40 mm up to drain disposal area with nitrile rubber insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet of size 24 Gauge(0.63mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of micro processor controller complete assembly in indoor units for operation of compressor/condenser unit etc of capacity 8.75 TR complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of blower unit complete assembly (excluding fan motor) with base frame, belts etc suitable for 8.75 TR package unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of approved OEM factory assembled diesel generator set of totally enclosed and sound proof (with acoustic enclosure as per CPCB 4+ norms) of capacity 100KVA/80KW, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 1500 RPM, AC power supply with power factor 0.8, coupled directly to alternator mounted on common base plate complete with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories and fittings, vibration pads, PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed. The genset shall conform to CPCB4 + norms for noise and emission limits and including the following :

(a) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 100 KVA net output at site after considering all derating factors, site conditions and at power factor 0.8, AC 3 phase, 4 wire 415 volts, 50 cycles, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, screen protected, drip proof IP-23 enclosure, brushless design, insulating class H, voltage regulation +/- 1% operated voltage from no load to full load and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation within +/- 3% tolerance, revolving field type.

(b) DIESEL ENGINE: Adequate capacity diesel engine suitable to above alternator, radiator water cooled, to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions directly coupled to alternator multicylinder, multistroke, direct injection, cold starting, 1500 RPM, with an overload cap of 10% for 1 hour and in any load for 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe running and operation with accessories shall be as under:-

(i) Flywheel (ii) Air cleaner wet/dry type (iii) fuel Filter (iv) Fuel Injection system incl.injection pump, solenoid switch, nozzle as per manufacturer's specifications (v) Lubricating oil filter (vi) Lubricating oil pump (vii) Turbocharger (viii) Radiator (ix) Suitable capacity of batteries of capacity as recommended by manufacturer, battery connections with copper leads and with lugs of adequate size, initial charging of batteries, battery charger/ generator with regulator, starter motor, starter gear (x) Extension of exhaust silencer complete with exhaust pipe of suitable dia from out side canopy to out side of bldg/shed all covered with glass wool wrapped with aluminium foil of 28 SWG adequate to create draft for safe exhaust without transferring vibrations to buildings / walls, flexible exhaust pipe complete. (xi) Microprocessor control electronic metering and module for indication of battery voltage, oil pressure, engine RPM, hour meter and protection against low oil pressure and over speed of engine including electronic governing. (xii) Battery charging system with suitable capacity battery charger complete with necessary connecting leads etc all as directed (xiii) Radiator cooling system comprising of radiator, radiator fan belt.

(xiv) Fuel hoses. (xv) In Built Fuel tank of minimun 8 hours run on full load capacity of DG set (xvi) Air intake system (xvii) Common base frame of sturdy design suitable for antivibration mounting and permanent concrete foundation for mounting engine and alternator as per manufacturers instructions. (c) CONTROL PANEL :- CRCA Steel fabricated indoor type for controlling the above generating set. The control panel shall consisting of the following components:- (i) MCCB Four Pole suitable load capacity as per OED recommendation (ii) Set of indicating lamps - 03 No (Load ON DG/Mains & Set Running) (iii) Set of instrument fuses - 01 Set, (iv) Set of current transformers - 01 Set (v) ON/OFF Push botton (d) AMF Panel:- Control cubical fabricated from 3.15 MM thick CRCA Sheet duly pretreated & powder coated finish with iron angle base frame Support floor mounted with removable gland plates, hinged front & back openable door with locking arrangement and provision for connecting incoming and outgoing cable leads and the following accessories :

(i) Copper bus, bar, 3 phase, 4 wire, suitable current rating. - 01 Set (ii) MCCB fr DG incommer (Capacity and sececification as per OEM recommended)- 01 No (iii) MCCB for EB incomming (Capacity and sececification as per OEM recommended) -01 No (iv) MCCB for DG out going (Capacity and sececification as per OEM recommended)-01 No (v) Power contactors heavy duty -02 Nos (Capacity and sececification as per OEM recommended) (vi) AMF relay (Capacity and sececification as per OEM recommended) (vii) Multifunction meter showing voltage, Current & Power factor (viii) Controlling circuit breaker, controlling as arrange with copper as of switch capacity. (ix) The all protection relays as per OEM recommendation. (x) Auto /mannual push button/selector switch along with provn of lamps for indication.

(e) Acoustic Enclosure:- Composite type made of CRCA sheet and structural/sheet metal base frame duly painted with air inlet louvers, including noise absorbent and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material, including removable gland plate at lower level of canopy for cable cable entry. Notes:- for Item No-1 (i) Necessary PCC foundation as per manufacturer recommendations is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The drg and specifications of the DG set & AMF Panel shall be got approved by the contractor from the accepting officer before procurement. (iii) The DG set after installation shall be got tested at site by the IEM as per the testing schedule mentioned in PS and the records of the testing shall be signed by IEM, The fiuel & testing accessories like load bank etc. shall be same shall be quoted rate by the contractor. (iv) Diesel, grease, engine oil, load bank and testing equipment's required for testing shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the contractor's quoted rates. (v) The contractor shall carry out all incomming/out going/control cable connections including cable glands, thimble, nuts, washers, etc are included in the scope of work, only power cable will be measured and paid under respective item of schedule. (vi) The first free servicing done by the contractor through OEM within one year after commissioning, the cost of free servicing deemed to be included the quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out excavated soil/sand/unseviceable LT Cable for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning and covering of UG cable using riddle earth sand in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard /loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for brick well burnt Class ‘B’ as cover to U/G cable laid dry flat over the cable with width equal to length of the cable and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm over under ground cable for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed on walls/poles GI tubing medium grade with all fittings of 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed on walls/poles GI tubing medium grade with all fittings of 40 mm bore including clamp for wall fixing, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing concrete/metal/ bituminous road/PCC hard standing / interlock tile or tile walk way any type n.exc 45 cm width and n.exc 30 cm in depth in hard strata and making good disturbed surfaces,as per the existing with cold mix bituminous material/ PCC(1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick over returning filling, watering ,ramming in layers ,disposal of surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge. (GI pipe will be measured and paid separately)

Supply, Fabricate, install, test and commission outdoor inclined top type feeder pillar board having suitable width with 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet powder coated with all necessary frame work with angle iron of size 40 mm x 40 mm and thickness 5 mm, CPRI tested, IP-54 protection provision for bus bar chamber including aluminium bus bar of 250 amps for phase and neutral for incoming and out going supply duly laminated with PVC sleeves with colour coding, plate for fixing MCCB's, cover plate for covering MCCB's with openings for MCCB's knobs including two nos hinged doors, front and back openable with locking arrangements and by pass arrangement with change over. The cabinet and all accessories should be chemically treated with nine process for anticorrosive treatment. The panel should be suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system, CTs, sliding fuse, etc as required and internal connection should be pre-wired with suitable size of power cable/all required control cables/copper solid wire/strip for instrument/protecting devices, all meters and comprising the following items duly connected with other electrical acessories and marking of all Incoming/outgoing feeders for identification of feeders by numerical PVC ring as directed by Engr-in-charge including necessary foundation / brick work of the panel board with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) etc complete. The feeder pillar shall comprises of the following :-

INCOMING:- (a) MCCB Type 160 Amp, 25 kA, with adj thermal and fixedmagnetic release, 4 pole, conform to IS/IEC 60947-2 & IEC 60947-2, = Each 01 (b) On load change over 160 Amp, 415 volt, type I-O-II, 4 pole, = Each 01 (c) Digital AC multifunction meter with max demand, 3 phase, class 1 with built in selector switch= Each 01 (d) Modular indicating lamp 3 phase 220Volt,50HZ - 01 Set (set of three) (e) Control MCB SP - 01 Each OUTGOING:- (a) MCCB 100 Amp, 35 kA, with adj thermal and fixed magnetic release, 3 pole, conform to IS/IEC 60947-2 & IEC 60947-2, = Each 01 (b) MCCB 63 Amp, 35 kA, with adj thermal and fixed magnetic release, 3 pole, conform to IS/IEC 60947-2 & IEC 60947-2, = Each 02

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with and including galvanised earth strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix , in replacement MCCB 4Pole, 63 Amps, 25 kA, 415 V , with adjustable thermal & adjustable magnetic setting Ics=75% Icu including taking down old unserviceable MCCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of split air conditioning unit 1.5 TR capacity (Inverter type) with HD filter complete with cordless remote control, 5 star labelled, latest model energy efficent model eco friendly, 4500 Kcal / Hr, 50 Hz, 240 volts, air cooled condenser with all accessories varied speed including fixing the out door unit with suitable stand as per site requirement and fixing of room (high wall) unit on wall with necessary wall cutting/supports/making holes to pass the refrigerant pipes(by using core cutting machine) drain pipes to reach nearest drain, cables etc and making good to match with existing finishing complete, providing and making interconnection, including refrigerant pipes with nitrile rubber insulation and control cable from indoor to outdoor upto a distance as per site requirement, Power cabling (Isolator/ Enclosure to unit), Sub main wiring with 2 Runs of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable including PVC conduit with 4 Sqmm cable as earth from nearest available DB as per site condition and first charging of refrigerant gas including cordless remote, connection drain lines from unit to nearest drain points complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : - For item Sr No 40 - All outdoor units must be installed/ placed in service friendly location /as per the direction of Engr-in-charge. The bidder must visit the site before bidding to ensure feasibility of location to ensure requirement of refrigerant pipes/electrical fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 4 KVA capacity Voltage stabilizer, copper wounded suitable for 1.5 TR inverter type split AC, automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 130 V to 300 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second, fixed on wall with necessary arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix MCB protected socket 4 module 20A, metal base, PVC plate (white) color cover plate suitable for upto 2.0 Ton AC with 16A 3 pin top, 20 A SP MCB 16A Scoket duly concealed on the surface/wall including making all electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- Charge.
