Material and labour for 150mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion (weather coat) paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium frame for doors/windows/ventilators minimum thickness of powder coating is 50 micron with one or more rebats etc as in wodows/ ventilatores including necessary joining cleat, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handle 2 Nos in doors, hinges, snap beading etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note ACP shall be paid separately under relevant items.

Material and labour ACP sheet clading with PVDF colour coated exterior grade aluminium composite panel of panel of 3 mm thick using high quality adhesive tape, filling the joint with high quality sealant and fixed over structural steel frame work all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material / soil to a distance n.exc 50m away and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying or passing through pipe LT, XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core including connecting/testing after taking out from trenches/ pole unserviceable LT UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix single pole and neutral enclouser with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including one MCB single pole 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix triple pole and neutral enclouser with a three pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including one MCB TPN 63 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring using two runs of single core PVC insulated cable (FR) 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and one run of 6 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FR)using as earth wire drawn through and including suitable size non metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia with accessories including taking down old aluminium/Copper Sub main wirng complete all as specified and directed. Note- 3 run of 6 sq mm PVC copper wire and One run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring using four runs of single core PVC insulated cable(FRLS) 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and two runs of 6 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FRLS)using as earth wire drawn through and including non metallic PVC conduit pipe ISI marked of size 32 mm including taking down old aluminium/Copper Sub main wirng complete all as specified and directed. Note- 6 run of 6 sq mm PVC copper wire and One run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Supply and fix VTPN 6 way distribution board, with 200 Amps bus bar,double door flush type, with IP-54 protection, isolated neutral bars, door earthing, suitable for 4P MCCB of rating 250 A as incomer (frame F1) complete with all accessories all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Supply & Fix MCCB 250 Amps,4 pole, 415 Volt adjustable type with breaking capacity 36 KA, Ics=100%Icu, fixed properly at directed location and connecting/testing complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with Galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mm, 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below the normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL and connected to galvanized earth Lead earth wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron steel protected by GI pipe 15mm bore light grade and watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8mm CTD bars @ 100mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion all as specified and as directed. Note : The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit, RCC cover slab, GI funnel with 20 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete.

Material and labour for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded FRLS copper conductor colour coded in and including suitable size PVC conduts with cable 4Sqmm size, 1100 volts grade, confirming to IS:694 , including single core stranded FRLS copper conductor 4 Sqmm PVC insulated cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly and earth terminal box drawn in same PVC casing and caping for one 3 pin socket outlet of 16 Amp on independent board for air conditioner point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Modular switch socket combination 6 pin 16A, 3 Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6-32 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole in the MCB DB,IP 20 transparent lebel holder fully insulated safety shutters suitable for cable up to 35 Sqmm cross sectional area complete including suitable size copper Lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 40 amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single pole in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, SPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar double door protection, neutral bar,earth bar, single pole and neutral 240 volts, MCBs used as incommer Double door, flush to wall complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: MCB shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and install hi-wall split type AC unit indoor/ outdoor complete with cordless remort control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with with inverter AC single phase with all accessories of capacity 2 TR, 5 star rating as per BEE norms and fixed with necessary copper pipe and MS bracket duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer for fixing external compressor unit all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed input supply between 170 to 250V with output stabilizer supply at 230 V with accuracy ± 2.5% of capacity 5KVA all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring using 4 Sqmm ISI marked 1.1 KV grade single core FR LS flexible cable, conforming to IS: 694-1990, having multi-drawn thin strands of electrolytic copper conductors, conforming.to IS: 8130-1984 and insulation conforming to IS: 5831-1984, for phase, neutral and earth continuity conductor connecting to earth dolly, drawn in and including in PVC casing & caping, including factory made sunken, galvanized, not less than 1.00 mm thick modular flush sheet metal enclosure having top, bottom, side and back-wall knockout for conduit entry from any direction,conforming to IS: 14772- 2000 and suitable for modular cover-plates complete all as specified in IS: 732-1989 and directed.

Supply and fix energy efficient BEE 6.00, 5 star rated high speed BLDC ceiling fan with remote, air delivery 210 CFM, 1200mm sweep, including motor-blade set, downrod, shackle, assembly kit, canopy , remote etc, Operating voltage 230 volt single phase complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Exhaust Fan of size 450 mm sweep with louvers, with metal body AC 230 V, 50 Hz, 1400 RPM and connecting to ceiling rose terminals with 23/.0076 flexible cable and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing finishes complete all specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of electrically driven horizontal Centrifugal Pump set as per specification, motor TEFC type, 2880 RPM, 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase, class 'F' insulation, IP55 protection, 3 HP, starting on suitable DOL/Star Delta starter. The pump shall be horizontal, end suction, top discharge. The pump shall have cast iron casing, cast iron/bronze impeller(as per manufacturer), carbon steel shaft with common base frame (fabricated, mild steel channel frame or cast iron type) placed on RCC (1:2:4) including foundation bolts, nuts etc. complete with antivibrator pad as required capable of discharging discharging not less than 200 LPM at 30 mtr head inclusive of suitable rated three phase starter as recommented by the manufacturer, PVC insulated copper cable connection from starter to the motor terminals all as specified and directed by the Engineer- in-charge.
