Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including raft, footings , plinth beam, bases for columns, basement slabs and mass concrete and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in as in beams, cantilever, bressummers, lintels over 1.5M span etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for precast PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20 mm graded aggregate solid block masonry not exceeding 10 Cm width(with plain or interlocking joints as directed), built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering on brick/concrete surfaces in two layers in CM 1:4, finishing coat of 5mm thick using water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured separately.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion of approved shade/tint over a coat of compatiable priming paint complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor and other similar type of works, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

M&L. heavy duty vitrified parking tiles of any colour and and shape and in any pattern and in any design 15 mm thick polished area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles) as in floor etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement to match colour tiles over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in colored cement to match coloured tiles..(The Colour, shade and pattern shall be approved by the GE during execution work). (No extra cost sahll be allowed for Removing and re-fixing and necessary cutting of door etc if any M&L for 50 mm thick sand filling under floors etc including C watering and consolidation

Supply and fix mild steel tubular sections as in posts, struts posts, purlins etc including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, including all necessary welding, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including necessary hangers 6mm dia GI up to1200mm length adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of cleats made out of FI 40x3mm size 60 cm long and expansion holdfast 12.5mm dia 40mm long with and including PVC profile ceiling of surface laminated any pattern and any shade of 7 to 10 mm thickness and any colour completely all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Mangalore pattern roofing tile of size 12 x 8inch in any direction and in any position fixed with self tapping screws over top of MS /Structural steel purlin etc complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces over 10 cm wide or girth including preparation of surface etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Granite 18 mm thick of any type work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, treads jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, other plateforms and like in over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified. Including pointing in white cement or colour cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite (including moulding etc).

Material and Labour for rounding to edges of Granite slabs one edge, such as in steps cooking plateform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Stainless steel wire ropes are generally be of 6 mm dia, 7/19 construction with central core being stainless steel only. The grade of wire ropes are in accordance to AISI 316. The breaking load of each rope is not less than 2350 Kg including providing fixing anchorage system complete necessary excation and grouting with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing hot dip galvanized with white polyurethene coated 10Meter tappered( 200mm dia at bottom and 100mm dia at top) mild steel pole 4m thick, with 4m cross bar of 50 mm dia having 4 nos SS pully along with 1.0M legth one cross arm with necessary cross support having single SS pully , fixed to foundation, including all fixing accessories such as base plate, anchor bolt embeded in foundation etc, all as per manufactures instruction, complete all as speficifed and as directed by Engr in Charge Make: M/s Chanakya group or equvalent

Supply and fixing Stainless Steel grade 304 coil chain of 6mm thickness heavy duty as in peripheral barricadding of flag mast complete all as speficifed and as directed by Engr in Charge

Supply and fixing pre-colour coated high tensile strength galvalume sheet roofing with yield strength (550 MPA) prepainted with aluminium (55%) and zinc (45%) alloy coating applied through continous hot dip process having tatal coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm with minimum coating mass on both sides @ 150gms/sqm in length and width as per site condition fixed with complete acessories as per manufacturer's instructions through specialist agency complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated 0.5mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa with coating thickness prepainted plain galvalume sheeting as in ridge and cladding, fixed with GI self tapping screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away and depositing where as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) remaining serviceable tiles to stores and rubish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring using 1.5 Sqmm ISI marked 1.1 KV grade single core FR LS flexible cable, conforming to IS: 694-1990, having multi-drawn thin strands of electrolytic copper conductors, conforming.to IS: 8130-1984 and insulation conforming to IS: 5831-1984, for phase, neutral and earth continuity conductor connecting to earth dolly, drawn in and including not less than 25 mm NB PVC medium grade conduits,conforming to IS: 9537 (Part 3)-1983, colour coded as specified in IS: 11353-1985, including factory made sunken,galvanized, not less than 1.00 mm thick modular flush sheet metal enclosure having top, bottom, side and back-wall knockout for conduit entry from any direction,conforming to IS: 14772- 2000 and suitable for modular cover-plates complete all as specified in IS: 732-1989 and directed for the following:-. NOTE: Circuit wire from DB to switch boards shall be included in the quoted rate. No additional payment will be paid to the contractor for the circuit submain. (a) one light point controlled by one switch 5 Amps

(c) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on Independent board

Material and labour for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed, multistranded FRLS copper conductor colour coded in and drawn in and including not less than 25 mm NB PVC medium grade conduits,conforming to IS: 9537 (Part 3)-1983 with cable 4Sqmm size, 1100 volts grade, confirming to IS:694 , including single core stranded FRLS copper conductor 4 Sqmm PVC insulated cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly and earth terminal box for power point on independent board for One 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps complete all as specified and directed.
