The bidder is required to submit details of experience and past performance of works of similar nature in the last three years. They should have carried out works of similar size, nature, and complexity satisfactorily earlier. Specifically, the bidder must have experience in Design & Engineering of Sewage Treatment Plant, including Supervision Services & Process during Construction and Erection, for at least one Sewage Treatment Plant having a minimum of 25% capacity of the proposed plant in the last 5 years. Additionally, they should have experience of Operation and Maintenance of FSTP having a minimum of 25% capacity of the proposed plant, for a continuous period of minimum 3 years. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the proposal for sub-contracting elements of the works should be for amounts exceeding 10% of the tender amount for each element. The full value of completed work will be considered, and annual financial turnover and cost of completed works of previous years shall be given a weightage of 5% per year to bring them at the current price level. The bidder should possess adequate working capital of more than 10% of the probable estimated cost of work for which they are bidding. For joint ventures or consortiums, the lead partner shall meet at least 40% of the qualification criteria in terms of annual turnover and net worth, and any other partner shall meet at least 25% of the qualification criteria.
