Tests :At site tests as per IS 14665/2001 to be carried out before handing over. Door opening : Infra red door opening system to be Provided for the entire length. ARD :Automatic rescue device with an electronic controller and with necessary maintanance free batteries. The rescue operation shall act with in 10 sceonds of power failure. Scope of work :1) Supply of Lift materials 2) Minor civil works such as construction of buffer block in the pit, machine foundation in the machine room. necessary foundation for mounting the control panel, cutting pockets and brakets for guide rails, grouting boxes for control units in the front side etc. This does not include correction of wall opening on the front side of the wall. 3) Scaffolding 4) Door frames 5) Supporting steel 6)Supply of booklet with complte details of maintenance schedule and control diagram. 7) Giving training to dept. staff for attending trouble shooting. 8) Obtaining scheme approval as well as energisation certificate from ele. Inspectorat of necessary drawing for the same. Necessary fee shall be remitted to the inspectorate by the firm for which no refund will be made from the department 9) Free servicing for 36 months after handing over. Guarantee : Company shall carry out free maintennace : during warranty period which shall include. 1) Cleaning lift equipment. 2) Lubricating all reqd. parts. 3)Replacing of lubricating oil as and when required. 4) Cheeking and adjusting contacts. 5) Replacing fusible items, alarm etc. 6)Recharging / replacing batteries in case of such requirements 7) replacing / rewinding motor if required. 8) Replacing / renewing all defective parts of the lift including V3F unit if found necessary.
