The required prior work experience for the bidder varies based on the estimated cost of the works. For works with an estimated cost between Rs. 5 crores to Rs. 20 crores, the required experience is as follows: * Works Manager: 3 years of experience * Site Engineer (Civil): 1 year of experience * Site Engineer (Civil Diploma holder): 1 year of experience * Supervisor (Mechanical) (if required): 1 year of experience For works with an estimated cost above Rs. 20 crores, the required experience is as follows: * Works Manager: 5 years of experience * Site Engineer (Civil): 3 years of experience * Site Engineer (Civil Diploma holder): 2 years of experience * Supervisor (Mechanical) (if required): 2 years of experience Additionally, the bidder is required to provide details of past experience, including the year of completion, type, size, and length of pipe, as well as documentary proof of experiences. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: * For construction of civil structures except Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), the bidder must have experience of having successfully completed a single work worth minimum 40% cost of major civil component included in the particular tender. * For construction of Water Treatment Plant upto 5 MLD output capacity, the bidder must have constructed a Water Treatment plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 1 MLD output capacity. * For construction of Water Treatment Plant above 5 MLD output capacity, the bidder must have constructed a Water Treatment Plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 40% output capacity subject to a maximum of 40MLD. * For construction of water treatment Plant with modern technology, the bidder must have constructed a Water Treatment Plant in the past with any Technology for minimum of 40% output capacity subject to a maximum of 40MLD, and also constructed a Water Treatment Plant in the past with similar Technology for minimum of 10% output capacity of the proposed treatment plant. * For rehabilitation work of Water Treatment Plant, the bidder must have constructed/rehabilitated Water Treatment Plant in the past with similar Technology for minimum of 25% output capacity. * For O&M work of Water Treatment Plant, the bidder must have constructed/rehabilitated/Operated & maintained Water Treatment Plant in the past with similar Technology for minimum of 25% output capacity. * For construction of Sewage Treatment Plant upto 5 MLD capacity, the bidder must have constructed a Sewage Treatment Plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 0.5 MLD capacity. No specific amount is mentioned for the value of similar works completed, but a solvency certificate for a minimum amount of 20% of estimated PAC (Probable Amount of Contract) subject to a maximum value of Rs.5.00 crores is required.
