The required prior work experience for the bidder varies depending on the type of project. For HDD method, the bidder should have experience in supplying and laying HDPE pipe of diameter not less than 630 mm irrespective of length, or supplying and laying HDPE pipe of diameter not less than 250mm for a length of 7000 m. For SCADA work, the bidder should have experience in SCADA work of STP not less than 2.7 MLD. For Construction of Civil structures, the bidder must have experience of having successfully completed a single work worth minimum 40% of the tendered PAC for that particular component. For Construction of Water Treatment Plant upto 5 MLD output capacity, the bidder must have constructed a Water Treatment Plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 1 MLD output capacity. For Construction of Water Treatment Plant above 5 MLD output capacity, the bidder must have constructed a Water Treatment Plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 40% output capacity, subject to a maximum of 40 MLD. For Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant upto 5 MLD capacity, the bidder must have constructed a Sewage Treatment Plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 0.5 MLD capacity. For Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant above 5 MLD capacity, the bidder must have constructed a Sewage Treatment Plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 10% capacity. For Supplying and laying of Water Supply pipes above 400mm and upto 800mm diameter, the bidder must have supplied and laid a total of 1000m of 300mm or higher sized pipes of any material in the past in a single work. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 40% of the tendered PAC for civil structures - 10% of the estimated PAC for components in the scope of work of projects - 1 MLD output capacity for Water Treatment Plant upto 5 MLD output capacity - 40% output capacity subject to a maximum of 40 MLD for Water Treatment Plant above 5 MLD output capacity - 2.7 MLD for SCADA work of STP - 630 mm and 250mm diameter for HDPE pipe, and 7000 m length for HDD method - 20% of estimated PAC, subject to a maximum value of 5.0 Crores, and a minimum of Rs. 500 Lakhs for solvency certificate - 1000m of 300mm or higher sized pipes - 400mm and 800mm diameter pipes - 300mm or higher sized pipes - 25% output capacity for Rehabilitation works of Water Treatment Plant - 25% output capacity for O&M works of Water Treatment Plant - 10% capacity for Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant above 5 MLD capacity - 0.5 MLD capacity for Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant upto 5 MLD capacity. No specific amount is mentioned for similar works completed, but the bidder should provide details of the value of similar works completed. The percentage of completion of works in hand should be indicated. For a joint venture, the lead partner shall meet at least 40% of the qualification criteria in terms of annual turnover and net worth, and any other partner shall meet at least 25% of the qualification criteria. The aggregate of the qualification criteria of all partners together shall be sufficient to meet the requirements as if a single tender only on financial criteria.
