The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in water treatment plants and sewerage treatment plants of 3 MLD or higher capacity. The bidder should provide information on projects completed, including the contract value, starting and completion dates, and key persons involved. Specific experience requirements are mentioned for: - Construction of Water Treatment Plant up to 5 MLD output capacity: minimum of 1 MLD output capacity. - Construction of Water Treatment Plant above 5 MLD output capacity: minimum of 40% output capacity subject to a maximum of 40 MLD. - Construction of Water Treatment Plants with modern technology: minimum of 40% output capacity subject to a maximum of 40 MLD, and a minimum of 10% output capacity of the proposed treatment plant. For construction of Civil structures (except water treatment plant and sewage treatment plant), the bidder must have experience of having successfully completed a single work (including any RCC structure) worth minimum 40% of the tendered PAC. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Construction of Water Treatment Plants with modern technology: - Must have constructed a water treatment plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 40% output capacity subject to a maximum of 40 MLD. - Must have constructed a Water Treatment plant in the past with similar technology for a minimum of 10% output capacity of the proposed treatment plant. 2. Rehabilitation works of Water Treatment Plants: - Must have constructed / rehabilitated water treatment plant in the past with similar technology for a minimum of 25% output. 3. O & M Works of Water Treatment Plant: - Must have constructed / rehabilitated / Operated & maintained water treatment plant in the past with similar technology for a minimum of 25% output capacity. 4. Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant up to 5 MLD capacity: - Must have constructed a Sewage Treatment Plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 0.5 MLD capacity. 5. Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant of capacity above 5 MLD: - Must have constructed a Sewage Treatment Plant in the past with any technology for a minimum of 10% capacity. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 40% output capacity - 40 MLD - 10% output capacity - 25% output - 0.5 MLD capacity - 5 MLD capacity - 10% capacity - Minimum 40% of the tendered PAC for his Sole/Joint Venture/Partner of the joint venture within the last five years, with annual escalation @ 5% (simple interest) allowed for the cost of works completed in the previous years. Additionally, the bidder must submit a statement showing the value of works taken up, completed, and payment received during the past five years. The minimum average annual turnover of the tenderer submitting this bid shall be greater than 20% of the estimated cost of the work subject to a maximum requirement of Rs. 500 lakhs.
