The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in similar works, with specific criteria for evaluation. The bidder should have prior work experience in construction, rehabilitation, or operation and maintenance of Water Treatment Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, and laying of Water Supply pipes. For Water Treatment Plants, the bidder should have: - Constructed a Water Treatment plant with a minimum of 1 MLD output capacity for plants up to 5 MLD output capacity. - Constructed a Water Treatment Plant with a minimum of 40% output capacity, subject to a maximum of 40MLD, for plants above 5 MLD output capacity. - Constructed a Water Treatment Plant with modern technology for a minimum of 40% output capacity, subject to a maximum of 40MLD, and also with similar technology for a minimum of 10% output capacity of the proposed treatment plant. - Constructed or rehabilitated a Water Treatment Plant with similar technology for a minimum of 25% output capacity for rehabilitation work. - Constructed, rehabilitated, or operated and maintained a Water Treatment Plant with similar technology for a minimum of 25% output capacity for O&M work. For Sewage Treatment Plants, the bidder should have: - Constructed a Sewage Treatment Plant with a minimum of 0.5 MLD capacity for plants up to 5 MLD capacity. - Constructed a Sewage Treatment Plant with a minimum of 10% capacity for plants above 5 MLD capacity. For laying of Water Supply pipes: - No experience is required for pipes up to 400mm diameter. - Experience is required for pipes above 400mm and up to 800mm diameter, with respect to the highest diameter of the pipe, and no experience is required for components costing less than 10% of the Tendered PAC. - For works with a total length of laying greater than 1000m, the bidder should have supplied and laid a total of 1000m of 300mm or higher sized pipes in the past in a single work. The values and percentages mentioned include: - 25% output capacity for Water Treatment Plant - 0.5 MLD capacity for Sewage Treatment Plant up to 5 MLD - 10% capacity for Sewage Treatment Plant above 5 MLD - 10% of the Tendered PAC for components with no experience required - 1000m total length of laying for Water Supply pipes above 400mm and up to 800mm diameter - 300mm or higher sized pipes for Water Supply pipes above 400mm and up to 800mm diameter - 40% output capacity for Water Treatment Plant above 5 MLD - 40MLD maximum output capacity for Water Treatment Plant - 1 MLD output capacity for Water Treatment Plant up to 5 MLD - 10% output capacity of the proposed treatment plant for similar technology The bidder should also have experience worth a minimum of 40% cost of the particular tender for their sole, joint venture, or partner of the joint venture within the last five years, with annual escalation at 5% (simple interest) allowed for the cost of works completed in previous years. The probable amount of the contract is Rs. 15,39,31,399/-. The solvency certificate should be for a minimum amount of 20% of the estimated PAC, subject to a maximum value of Rs. 5.00 Crores, and the solvency should be a minimum of Rs. 308 Lakhs.
