Supplying, erecting and commissioning of Submersible Centrifugal Pumpset having dischasrge 22LPS total head 150M at Kulakode Pumphouse for pumping water to Kuthirakulam tank

OD162813/2024-2025:Supply, erection, and commissioning of Submersible Centrifugal Pumpset with the following specification 1. Pump -Supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make Submersible Centrifugal Pumpset With enclosed Bronze impeller, SS shaft, and CI pump casing with Compact Unitary mono-block design . Discharge -22 lps, Total head - 150M, 2. Motor Supply , erection, testing and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make horizontal solid shaft squirrel cage induction motor suitable for the above pump working 3 phase 50 Hz Ac supply, working voltage 415. The motor shall be , air Filled (Water/oil filled not allowed ) yet capable of Water Immersion upto 20M for S1 duty. Motor Cooling the motor can be cooled just by water immersion . Motor Protection . Thermal Overload Protectors (Bi Metallic Over Load Relays) should be embedded in each phase of the stator winding to detect overheating trip the motor from the control panel in the event of the temperature exceeding the safe operating limit . To detect primary Mechanical Seal’s Leakage a Moisture Sensor shall be provided in intermediately Oil Chamber not in the Motor casing or else where) – this shall detect water mixing in oil by mode of increased leakage current from the moisture sensor. Cables a watertight Cable Junction Box sealed from the motor shall be provided for the motor power and signaling cables. The cable shall be brought directly out of the submerged motor without joints, and shall be of sufficient length, minimum 10 m 3. Starter Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Fully automatic auto transformer starter with air break contact (main contactor AC3 225A) including hour meter. Starter suitable for the above motor with over voltage and under voltage protection , single phase preventer, over load under current dry run protection, phase unbalancing with motor protection relay and PMU as per IE rules and code of practice etc. complete. 4. Panel board (Suitable for operating two pump sets but one pump set at a time). Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of cubical type wall mounted MS fabricated dust and vermin proof common control panel board consisting of 1 No. 300A,36KA suitable capacity motor protection MCCB as incomer and 250A MCCB, 36ka 2nos and providing suitable size Aluminium bus bar to interconnect the above MCCBs and fitted with 3 Nos of indicator lamps,1 No. volt meter with selector switch, 1 No. Ammeter with selector switch for measuring current in each phase etc. complete and provided with a common earth bus for the entire panel and inter connect with the MCCBs as per IE rules and code of practice. The panel shall be fitted on a common base frame on the suitable foundation. 5.Cabling Supply, laying testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE copper cables for the above pump set from panel board to the starter and from starter to motor considering energy conservation. 6. Earthing Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe /plate earthing GI/copper strip buried in the ground and giving double earthing to the motor, starter, panel board etc. as per IE standards.7. Capacitor Supply, erection testing and commissioning of heavy duty APP capacitor for the motor to get a power above 0.95. Capacitor connected to external contact. The capacitor shall confirm to IS 28348. 8. Valves supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked CI double flanged sluice and non return valve with suitable pressure rating. Fitting of valves shall included proper RCC support especially for non return valves. 9. Delivery column pipe connection supply and fittings of 150mm best quality MS pipe of shell thickeness not less than 8 mm for a total of 10m suitable for the above pump set and connecting the suction pipe and valve with suitable flanges, nut &bolt IR sheet etc. complete and connecting the delivery side of the pump with the valves and suitable specials to connect with the pumping main. Each flanged Suction column pipe maximum length 2M. . Providing on site factory training for minimum 4 departmental officers'as per direction of department.
