The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field. The bidder should have experience of minimum 7 years and previous experience in similar works. For similar works completed, the bidder is required to have: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 3.82 Crores. - Or two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 4.78 Crores. - Or one similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 7.64 Crores. The value of executed completed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover of Rs. 9.55 Crores for the last three financial years. The bidder should be a profit-making organization for the last three consecutive financial years. The definition of similar works is “Construction of RCC framed multistoried buildings including MEP works (which includes Electrical, HVAC, Fire Alarm and Fire Protection, Lift works)”. Alternatively, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works, with the following options: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. For similar ongoing projects, the bidder is required to provide the value of work executed till date (Rs. In lakhs) and the uptodate percentage progress of work for each similar ongoing project.
