od322219/2023_2024 : The pipes and all fittings shall be GI Class `C’ (Heavy Class) conforming to relevant IS:1239 upto 150mm dia and IS:3589 for 150NB & above. The pipe shall be provided with necessary joints and fittings (heavy class forged fittings of IS standards) including cutting the pipes to correct length, providing and welding flanges The pipes and all fittings shall be GI Class `C’ (Heavy Class) conforming to relevant IS:1239 upto 150mm dia and IS:3589 for 150NB & above. The pipe shall be provided with necessary joints and fittings (heavy class forged GI fittings of IS standards) including cutting the pipes to correct length, providing and welding flanges to pipe, etc as per specifications.<br>Under Ground Piping - Supplying, laying, testing and commissioning of Class 'C' heavy duty GI. Pipes conforming to IS 1239 and 3589 including fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers nuts, bolts, (galvanised), gaskets etc,. The cost shall include cutting, welding, fixing in / on walls, ceiling by using suitable type of supports, clamps, anchor fasteners and MS angle supports as per drawings. The quoted rate shall also include for chasing / chipping walls, making bores / core cutting in walls / slabs / beams and making them good with filler material and finishing with cement mortar etc.include anticorrosive treatment by coating with Bitiminous primer and wrapping 4mm thick polymer corrosion resistant tape with pre heating and wounding without air pockets as per IS: 10221 with 15mm overlap as per specifications. 200 mm diameter
