The required prior work experience for the bidder is at least 7 years, with experience in similar projects, specifically in the field of "Construction of RCC framed multistoried buildings including MEP works". The bidder should have completed similar works for Government/Semi Government clients during the last 7 years. The similar works completed should meet one of the following criteria: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 2.89 Crores. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 3.62 Crores. - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 5.79 Crores. Alternatively, the experience can be demonstrated by completing: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The value of similar works completed should be more than Rs.2.89 Crores, and the bidder needs to provide the value of work executed till date and the uptodate percentage progress of work for each similar project. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover of Rs. 7.24 Crores for the last three financial years, or at least 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder needs to provide details of at least 3 similar ongoing projects and enclose a performance evaluation certificate from the concerned Engineer-in-Charge, assessing the bidder's performance in terms of timely execution, quality consciousness, integrity in works, financial soundness, mobilisation of sufficient manpower, mobilisation of sufficient materials at site in time, and quality of engineers/supervisors engaged at site. The amount of work executed is required to be mentioned, both for completed and ongoing projects, in Rs. In lakhs. The uptodate percentage progress of work is also required for ongoing projects.
