The bidder is required to have prior work experience, with details of at least three works to be provided in a specific format. The information to be provided includes the name of the project, brief scope of the project, location of the work, details of the client, contract number and date, value of the contract, value of work executed, time for completion, and percentage of progress of work. The bidder is required to provide information on ongoing projects, works for which bids have been submitted and are yet to be completed, and works for which bids have been submitted and are pending finalization. Specifically, the bidder is required to provide the following information: - Details of at least three similar works completed, including the value of the contract and the value of work executed. - Information on ongoing projects, including the value of the contract and the value of work executed. - Information on works for which bids have been submitted and are yet to be completed, including the estimated value of the works. - Information on works for which bids have been submitted and are pending finalization, including the estimated value of the works. The value of the contract and the value of work executed are required to be provided in Rs. lakhs. For similar ongoing projects, the details include project name, brief scope, location, client details, contract number and date, value of contract at award (in Rs. lakhs), value of work executed till date (in Rs. lakhs), time for completion, and percentage progress of work. The value of similar ongoing projects should be more than Rs.3.49 Crores. The bidder should also provide details of at least three pre-qualifying works, including work order value, gross amount of work completed, and quantitative details of work. The experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years is required, with the following specifications: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have a minimum of seven years' experience in the field.
