Steel work in built up G I tubular ( round, squareor rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc.,including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position andapplying a priming coat of approved steelprimer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete

Supplying and Laying Alu-zinc sheet of thickness 0.40 mm thick or nearest available with neccesary fittings to the members provided in the terrace floor

Providing Eave Gutter (15x20cms) to the roof including cost of labour charges ,conveyance fittings etc complete

Supplying and Laying Alu-zinc plain sheet of thickness 0.35 mm thick or nearest available with neccesary fittings to the members provided in the terrace floor

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall withAluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.
