The bidder is required to have prior work experience of having successfully completed at least one similar work costing more than 40% of the estimated cost of the work put to tender, for Government or Semi-Government clients during the last 5 years. The similar work should be of the same nature and type as the work tendered. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: more than 40% of the estimated cost of the work described. The full value of completed work will be considered, whether or not the date of commencement is within the said 5-year period. The bidder should provide information on their experience of similar works completed over the last six years, including details of relevant projects completed, contract value, and percentage of work completed. They should also provide information on their current ongoing works and anticipated orders for the next financial year. Specifically, the bidder should fill in the details of their experience in Schedule 'E' - Experience, which includes a summary of experience of the company in the neighborhood work and/or neighboring states, details of relevant works completed over the last six years, contract value and percentage of work completed for each project, and details of all works in progress, including contract value and percentage of work completed. The bidder should provide this information for each partner of the joint venture/consortium, if applicable, and the experience certificates should be attested by a Gazetted Officer or notarized to prove similar work experience.
