Supply & Fixing of Precast RCC Boundary Stone

Providing and fixing 15 cm dia and 90 cm high precast RCC 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) pillars as per standard design, including finishing smooth. RCC pillars shall be provided and fixed at correct location on Centre Line of the alignment and on proposed land boundaries along the SilverLine corriodor and as per the site requirement etc, which is also comprising the demarcation and fixing of boundary stones/ centre line stones etc in the stations and depots in the reach, directed by Engineer in charge as per coordinates (Northing- Easting) given by KRDCL at required intervals. The cost includes earthwork excavation, cement concrete 1:4:8 for fixing the boundary stone, cost of all materials including cement and steel, cost of all surveyors, skilled labourers/ unskilled labourers, all leads lifts etc. The boundary stone have to be painted with Yellow synthetic enamel paint, named as K-Rail and Numbered on the stone in Black Enamel paint above ground level. The work shall be done as per scope of work and instructed by engineer in charge. Please refer the figure-1 for more details.

Conducting Total Station/DGPS Survey by Identifying the location to fix the land boundary pillars at site from given coordinates in desired numbers to complete the work as per schedule in time using Total Station/DGPS Dual Frequency RTK (Real Time Kinematic) method with highest accuracy along the alignment of SilverLine corridor on Centre Line of the alignment and proposed ROW land boundaries in both sides, which is also comprising the demarcation and fixing of boundary stones/ centre line stones etc in the stations and depots in the reach. Total Station/DGPS and rovers shall be deployed in adequate numbers to complete the work as per schedule in time.The cost includes Cost of all surveyors, skilled labourers/ unskilled labourers, Transportation Charges, Preparation of Report and submission of Soft copy etc as per scope of work and instructed by engineer in charge.
