Executive Chair-High back: Supply & installing of Executive Chairs as per the specification metioned below. Back Rest shall be high Back with Frame, Lumber Set, Headrest Outer and Joint made out of Nylon6 (PA6+GF30%), Headrest shall be made out of Polypropylene and Mesh specification shall be 100% Polyester. The unit shall comply with the California technical bulletin 117 for flammability. Seat to Backrest Height shall be 725mm with Backrest Width of 535mm. The seat shall be Foam-Moulded PU with density not less than 50-60Kg/m3 with waterfall edge. Seat width shall be 470mm(clear width between arms), Depth including waterfall shall be 485mm. Head Rest shall be made out of Polyurethane of density not less than 45g/mm3. The Back tilt range shall be 16 Degrees with back tension adjustment knob. The chair shall be Tested for 3,00,000 Cycles as per ANSI BIFMA X5.1 -2002. Gas Lift shall be 3 HP to absorb seating shocks with a higher stroke length of 120mm which shall be tested for 100000 cycles. All parts shall be BIFMA Compliant and shall be of approved make. The armrest shall be adjustable and made up of black integral skin polyurethane with 40-55 Shore Hardness and reinforced with 2mm thick M.S.-in-serts-Arm pad size 258mm (L) x 112mm (W). The armrests shall be fitted to the seat with seat/armrest connecting strip assembly made of 6mm thick. The armrest shall be height adjustable up to 80mm and back with adjustable up to 60mm. Arm rest shall be tested for 60,000 Cycles with load of 40Kg as per ANSI / BIFMA X5.1. Castor shall be Nylon with a diameter of 60 mm and shall be tested for 1,00,000 Cycles. The Base shall be glass reinforced Nylon Base with a pitch circle diameter of 658mm and shall be tested for a static load of 1450kg. The upholstery shall be fabrics with 100% polyester.The product shall be BIFMA compliant. The product shall be of approved make and colour. The model shall be Elate, Liberate, Aveo or equivalent.

Staff Chair:- The outer and inner frame of the backrest shall be injection moulded in black polypropylene. Inner frame shall be upholstered with mesh fabric and assembled with the outer frame. The back shall have auto contoured lumber support for achieving comfortable seating posture. Lumber support shall be injection moulded in black polypropylene and upholstered with U foam. Lumber support shall be 160mm (W) x 90mm (H) at fixed position. Backrest size shall be 650mm (H) x 530 (W). The seat shall be made out of 12mm thick (7layers) hot pressed plywood and moulded seat foam upholstered with fabric. The bottom cover shall be injection moulded in black polypropylene to cover the plywood. Seat size shall be of dimension 495mm (W) x 510mm (D). Minimum and maximum seat height shall be 450mm and 550mm respectively. Seat Foam shall be made out of moulded polyurethane foam with the following properties: Density: 45 – 55 Kg/m3 Hardness: 15 – 20 Kgf Compression set: 50% 10 Max Tensile strength: 1.03 Tear strength (Min) : 2.0 N/cm Resilience : 50% - 60% Comfort / Indentation Hardness : 15.4 .The armrest shall be adjustable and made out of black integral skin polyurethane with 45-55 Shore Hardness and reinforced with 4mm thick nylon in-sert. Arm pad shall be of dimension 265 x mm (L) x 95mm (W). The armrests shall be fitted to the seat with seat/armrest connecting strip assembly made of 30% Gas field nylon 20mm thick. Minimum and Maximum height of armrest shall be 280mm/360mm respectively. The front and back movement of armrest shall be 60mm. Armrest shall be tested for 60,000 Cycles to be completed with load of 40 Kg per arm. Conventional mechanism with one lever control for lock and seat height adjustment shall be provided. Mechanism made out of MS Plate thickness shall be 3mm and seat shall have a tilting angle of 3°to10° and back tilting angle of 87°to106° with back tension adjustment knob. Mechanism shall be tested for 3, 00,000 Cycles as per ANSI / BIFMA X5.1. All members shall be BIFMA compliant.GAS LIFT: Gas lift pipe shall be of diameter 50mm with height adjustment stoke of 112mm. Gas lift shall be tested for 1,00,000 Cycles as per ANSI / BIFMA X5.1. Meets DIN 4550 Class 4 and all applicable ANSI/BIFMA, EN performance standard. The base base shall be injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon and fitted with 5nos twin wheel castors. The base shall be 660 pitch circle diameter. The bases shall be tested for static load of 1250kg. The twin wheel castors shall be injection moulded in Nylon with a diameter of 60 mm. The castors shall be tested for 100000 cycles as per ANSI/BIFMA X 5.1. The Seat Fabric shall be of 100% polyester with an abrasion less than 96,000.
