Providing and installing tables made out of prelaminated particle board mounted on Mild steel powder coated frame as per the following specifications.The table top shall be made of 25mm thick Prelaminated Particle Board of approved colour and shade with post formed edges. The particle board shall be hot pressed machine laminated with PVC Edge banding of 2mm thick on both sides. Table top should be supported with legs made of 40x 40mmx 2mm thick Square Mild Steel tubes powder coated with top subframe made out of 40mmx40mmx2mm thick Square Mild Steel tubes cross braced top and bottom, powdercoat finished with minimum of 60 microns thickness of approved Colour. The legs shall be cross braced adequately. The table should be provided with a cable manager of dia 60mm. The Mild Steel legs shall be floor mounted with PVC bush minimum 25 mm thick. The table should be provided with a keyboard tray. Contractor shall develop a detailed drawing before fabrication. As per Annexure II, Item No 2. Linear Work Station 600mm(wide) X 740mm (h).

Providing and installing Floor Mounted Storage with the following specification. The storage shall be of dimension 800mm to 900mmx 425mmx 900mm. The storage box shall have supporting vertical walls with a spacing of 800mm to 900mm as per design. The carcass and shutter shall be 16mm thick BWP 710 Grade Plywood wall mounted using anchor screws with 6mm thick back panelling. The top member shall be made out of 25mm thick prelaminated particle board with 50mm outward projection and post formed edges. The particle board shall be hot pressed machine laminated with PVC Edge banding of 2mm thick on both sides. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC Lipping and hidden edges with 0.80 mm thick PVC Lipping. The Plywood shall be double side laminated with a thickness of 1mm of approved colour and shade and shall be machine pressed in a factory. The shutters shall be fitted with stainless steel self and soft closing hinges. All shutters shall be provided with handles and all hardware shall be of approved make and design. The cupboard shall be anchored to the wall with a spacing of min 100mm from the finished floor level. The Cupboard shall be supported with Exterior grade SS (304) Tubular section of diameter 40mm 16 swg thick with 600mm c/c with a PVC bush below. The units shall be assembled by knock down fittings such as Minifix. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing before fabrication. Area of shutters shall be taken for measurements and payments. As per Annexure I, Drawing No. 1.1. Floor Mounted Storage:- 800mm to 900mmx 425mmx 900mm.

Providing and installing Overhead Storage with the following specification. The storage space shall be of dimension 800mm to 900mmx 350mmx 600mm. Providing and installing Pedestal Storage with the following specification. The Pedestal shall contain 2 Box Drawer and 1 File Drawer. The carcass and shutter shall be made out of 16mm thick BWP 710 Grade Plywood. The Plywood shall be double side laminated with a thickness of 1mm of approved colour and shade and shall be machine pressed in a factory. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC Lipping and hidden phases with 0.80 mm thick PVC Lipping. The drawer unit shall be provided with central locking system, where in all the drawers are locked with one key. Handles of approved make and design shall be provided. All hardware shall be of approved make. The pedestal shall be floor mounted with a spacing of min 100mm from the finished floor level. The pedestal shall be provided with four numbers Stainless steel 304 grade legs floor mounted on PVC bush minimum 25 mm thick. The drawer box shall be fitted with roller slide of approved make for free movement. The units shall be assembled by knock down fittings such as Minifix. Contractor shall submit and take approval shop drawing before fabrication. Area of shutters shall be taken for for measurements and for payments. Pedestal Drawer Unit: - 400mmx 470mmx 650mm. Providing and installing Wall panelling between floor mounted storage and Over Head Storage using 12mm thick marine plywood of BWR 303 with exterior surface and cut edges duly hot pressed 1mm thick laminates with approved shade matching finish of cabinets. 50% space shall be provided with pinup boards. Pinup boards shall be provided as per the site requirements matching with the laminates(Approx 50%). Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing before fabrication. Providing and fixing 12mm thick BWR 303 grade Marine Plywood as per the drawings with the following specification. The panelling shall be provided in the space between the wall and over head storage with proper anchorage to the wall. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC edge lipping. The plywood shall be of approved make and colour. Back panelling behind Over Head stroage

Providing and installing in position Dining table of size 1800mmx 750mmx 740mm high with the following specification. The table top shall be made up of 18mm thick PVC Polyester resin in an extruded polymer profile (Multiwood or equivalent) of approved colour with 8mm thick toughened glass top with bevelled edge. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thick PVC edge banding on both sides. Table top shall be mounted on 50mmx 50mmx 2mm thick MS tube frame supported with legs made of 50x 50x 2mm thick Square MS tubes powder coated with Tie member made out of 40mmx80mmx2mm thick rectangular powdercoat finished with minimum of 60 microns thickness finished of approved colour. Contractor shall submit and take approval for the shop drawing before fabrication. As per Annexure II, Item No 8. Table Dining:- 1800mm X 750mm X 740mm.

Supply and Installation of single cot as per the following specification. The frame shall be made up of 25mmx 50mmx 2mm thick MS square tube with powder coated finish supported on 40mmx 40mmx 2mm thick MS legs of same finish. The single cot top shall be finished and properly fitted to the frame with necessary fasteners, treated country wood planks 20mm thick joint to form a single slab, properly finished with one coat of sealer and polish and mounted on PVC Bush. Providing and installing Storage for concealing electrical Distribution Box as per detailed dwg. The storage space shall be of height 2700mm and depth 450 mm. The carcass shall be 18mm thk PVC Polyester resin in an extruded polymer profile (Multiwood or equivalent) of approved colour wall mounted using anchor screws with 6mm thk back panelling and supporting vertical walls with a spacing of 800mm to 900mm as per drawing. The shutters shall be made of 18mm thk PVC Polyester resin in an extruded polymer profile laminated with approved wooden finish laminate on the exterior side and matching colour laminate on the interior side. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2mm thk PVC Lipping and hidden phases with 0.80 mm thick PVC Lipping. The laminates shall be installed using hot pressed machine in a factory. The shutters shall be fitted with stainless steel self and soft closing hinges of approved make. All hardware shall be of approved make. All shutters shall be provided with handles of approved make and design.The cupboard shall be floor mounted with a spacing of min 100mm from the Finished floor lvl. The Cupboard shall be supported with Exterior grade SS (304) Tubular section of diameter 40mm 16 swg thk with 600mm c/c with a PVC bush below.The dimensions shall be as per site condition. Providing and Installing boxing for bedded panel made up of 18mm thk prelaminated PVC Polyester resin in an extruded polymer profile (Multiwood or equivalent) of approved make and colour mounted using allen key as per drawing. All exposed edges shall be chamfered and finished with 0.80mm thick PVC Lipping and stainless steel corner beeding.The boxing shall be in such a way that the upper panel shall be removable for maintenance purposes. Adequate vertical supports shall be provided. The laminates shall be installed using hot pressed machine in a factory. All hardware shall be of approved make. The thickness of vinyl and aluminium shall be 1.5mm.The surface texture shall be fire resistant . The units shall be of approved make and colour. As per Annexure II, Item No. 18. Supply and installation of Elbow for wall guards with the following specification. The elbow shall be of height 140mm which shall be provided at the corners. The Outer Cover shall be made out of PVC,PP/ABS with an interior core of high quality aluminium design with anti corrosive strips. The thickness of vinyl and aluminium shall be 1.5mm. The surface texture shall be fire resistant . The units shall be of approved make and colour. This Item shall be the part of BOQ, Item No 1.16.

Supply and installation of corner guards made ourt of Stainless Steel 304 Grade material of thickness 1mm with an inside rubber backup of thickness 1.5mm of approved make and shall be fitted to the corner of the wall to the finished wall tile using anchor screws.. Each corner guard shall be of dimension 35mmx 35mmx 1500mm(H) and of approved make. As per Annexure II, Item No 20. Corner Guards

Providing and fixing fire resistant door frame of section 50 x 60 mm on horizontalside & 35 x 60 mm on vertical sides having built in rebate made out of 1.6 mmthick GI sheet ( Zinc coating not less than 120gm/m2) suitable for mounting 120min Fire Rated Glazed Door Shutters. The frame shall be filled with Mineralwool Insulation having density min 96Kg/m2 . The frame will have a provision of G.I. Providing and fixing aluminium curtain track as per following specification.The track shall be made out of Aluminium alloy ( 6063-T6) with all Corner of profile having radius of 50mm,tensile Strength of 195 MPA, and a shear strength of 150 MPA. The Shape and Size tolerance shall be in accordance with IS 733- 1983. All materials shall be ROHS compliant with Corrosion resistance properties.The track shall be 50-60 micron Standard traffic white powder coated (Mahacoat) with seven stage processes. The Tracks shall have drill guide on the top. Track Gauge - 1.5 mm to 1.6 mm , 3.44 mm on top Profile Size - 27mm x 20.4mm, HD Deralin Roller with SS 302 Hooks. The roof clamps shall be made out of aluminum pipe of 12.7 - 12.9mm diameter. The Upper Circular Plate shall be made out of aluminum with a diameter of 50.4mm.The outer surfacce shall be powder coated to approved finish and colour. The track shall be ceiling suspended using anchors, bolts, screws etc. Wall Supports & Bridge Clamps shall be aluminum powder coated to approved Curtain colour and finish. Providing and installation of hospital curtains with the following specifications. The curtians shall be Premium Quality Fabric Curtains:Stain Retardant Fabric with matching color450mm oval net on top. Complete with SS grommets. The curtain shall be the part of Item No 25. The signages shall be plotter cut 2 mil 3M or equivalent pigmented translucent vinyl pasted on 3mm thick ACP/ 6mm thick hybrid board on both Sides of approved make and colour. The vinyl shall conform to class A rating for fire retardant as per ASTM E84 standard. The signage shall be ceiling suspended using Stainless Steel strings as per the directions of engineer in charge. As per Annexure II, Item No 22. Way Finding Signage: 1200mmx 600mm

Supply and installation of door signage with the following specification. The signages shall be plotter cut 2 mil 3M or equivalent pigmented translucent vinyl of approved design pasted on 3mm thick sunboard and installed on doors using VHB tapes. The vinyl shall conform to class A rating for fire retardant as per ASTM E84 standard. As per Annexure II, Item No 23. Door Signage: 300mmx 100mm

Supply and installation of Aluminium profile sliding door signage with the following specifications. The signage shall have an aluminium profile modular frame of height 100mm. The letters shall be plotter cut 2 mil 3M or equivalent pigmented translucent vinyl of approved design pasted on 3mm thick sunboard/ ACP Board. The vinyl shall conform to class A rating for fire retardant as per ASTM E84 standard and shall be fixed with adequate fasteners. The signage shall be in such a way that the Sunboard/ACP Board is slid to the aluminium profile for easy replacement of names. Annexure II, Item No 24. Supply and installation of illuminated signage with the following specifications. The letters shall be made out of 70mm projected 3mm Acrylic box of height 800mm. The first phase shall be pasted with 3M or equivalent vinyl with LED for each letters of approved make and metal frame for letters including all necessary accessories. As per Annexure II, Item No 25. Supply and installation of Brace for wall guards with the following specification. The Brace shall be made out of PVC with a thickness of 1.5mm. The Brace shall be provided at an interval of 500mm. The Brace shall be of approved make and colour. This Item shall be the part of BOQ Item No 1.16.
