Flooring works

Providing and laying Vitrified tilesof size 500x500 mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps,over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.  

Grouting the joints of flooring having joints of 3 mm width , using epoxy grout mix of 0.70 kg of organic coated filler of desired shade (0.10 kg of hardener 0.20 kg of resin per kg), including filling/ grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing works

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface etc complete as per directions of Engineer - in - charge

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness to prepare the surface even and smooth coplete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two or more coats with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to an give even shade one or more coats on old work as per directions of Engineer-in-charge

False ceiling works

Providing and fixing at all height false ceiling conforming to IS:2095 (BS 1230) including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections power pressed from GI sheet and galvanized in accordance with zinc coating of grade 350 as per IS:277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 22mm and 37mm at 1200mm centre to centre one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 40mm long with 6 mm dia bolts to the angle hangers of 25x 25x 0.55 mm of required length, and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nut and bolts to GI channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm centre to centre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to GI channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm dia x230 mm long GI wire at every junction including fixing the gypsum board with ceiling section and perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, The perimeter of ceiling shall be fixed to wall / partition with the help of raw plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long drive-all screws @ 230 mm interval including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the gypsum board with recommended filler, paper tapes, finisher and two coats acrylic emulsion paint over two coats of primer suitable for gypsum board as per manufacturers specification after application of E-Mix / Pop / Gypsum putty and all as per manufacturer’s specification etc complete and all as directed.and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum moisture resistant board

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge with laying of GI Metal Ceiling Lay in perforated Tegular edge global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/ sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient ) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.

Providing and fixing partition upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame and required board, including providing and fixing of frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm(both side inclusive), consisting of floor and ceiling channel 50mm wide having equal flanges of 32 mm and 0.50 mm thick, fixed to the floor and ceiling at the spacing of 610 mm centre to centre with dash fastener of 12.5 mm dia meter 50 mm length or suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs and the studs 48 mm wide having one flange of 34 mm and other flange 36 mm and 0.50 mm thick fixed vertically within flanges of floor and ceiling channel and placed at a spacing of 610 mm centre to centre by 6 mm dia bolts and nuts, including fixing of studs along both ends of partition fixed flush to wall with suitable anchor fastener or metal screws with nylon plugs at spacing of 450 mm centre to centre, and fixing of boards to both side of frame work by 25 mm long dry wall screws on studs, floor and ceiling channels at the spacing of 300 mm centre to centre. The boards are to be fixed to the frame work with joints staggered to avoid through cracks, M.S. fixing channel of 99 mm width (0.9 mm thick having two flanges of 9.5 mm each) to be provided at the horizontal joints of two boards, fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish with recommended jointing compound, jointing tape, angle beads at corners (25 mm x 25 mm x 0.5 mm), joint finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufacture's specification and direction of engineer in charge all complete. with 66mm overall thickness Partition with 8mm thick double skin Calcium Silicate Board made with Calcareous & Siliceous materials reinforced with cellulose fiber manufactured through autoclaving process with Compressive Strength 225 kg/sq.cm, Bending Strength 100 kg./ sq.cm

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened patch fitting glass door of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot, cornor fittings, patch fittings, floor spring with SS cover plate, lock with euro profile cylinder keys 3 nos, strike patch for lock, pull handle SS Satin finish & for fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge-Single leafed door

Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width from 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Partition works

Straight Glazed Partition-Slim line partition of approved make: Supply and installation of full height straight glass partition 12mm thick toughened glass and proprietary anodized aluminium sections of the SLIM LINE series of approved make 45x25mm thick. providing widline section (105x25mm) at around the door two vertical upto false ceiling and horizontal at door top The sections shall be matt natural anodized and shall be a combination of SAP 004 and 005 on all four sides as per the manufacturers specification and shall be inclusive of all accessories like stake1, stake3 and wedge 3G/B from FFL to the bottom of false ceiling height. The glass joints shall be filled with silicon sealant on both side and the vendor has to prepare the shop drawing for client / Architects approval. Rate shall include for providing transport charges, handling, loading and unloading, Installation, protecting the module and glass till handing over, testing, commissioning all necessary hardware's, scafolding,wastage, Structural supports if any, etc. complete and all as per manufacturers specifications as directed.

Supply and installation of aluminium Wide line Section (105x25 mm) at around Door two nos of vertical upto false celing and horizontal at door top of approved make The section shall be matt natural anodized as per manufacturer's specification and shall be of all accessories like stake1, stake3, cover G and seal G and all as per manufacturers specifications etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge..

The rate shall be inclusive of providing aluminium skirting 100 mm high and 1mm thick of approved make aluminium profile with natural color andoizing fixing at bottom on both side of the partition.and as per directions of Engineer in charge all complete.

(Ph, Neutral & Earth) PVC insulated multistranded FRLS copper wires in 1.8mm thick PVC conduits fixed on ceiling partly and 1.8 mm thick PVC conduit concealed in the wall partly with necessary clamps, screws, etc., as required as per the site condition including supplying and fixing of modular 6A One way switch along with moulded front plate in GI anodised manufacturer's mounting box fixed flush with the wall complete with all accessories including 3 plate ceiling rose. metal flexible hose NOTE: Above false ceiling when it is open wiring it should be of MS conduit and for Vertical and horizontal drops concealed PVC conduits can be used. Accordingly the length of the conduit can be calculated.

Secondary Light Points: The secondary light points will have to be wired from the primary light point as mentioned above.

Lighting Circuit Mains: Supply and laying of 3 Runs 2.5 Sq.mm.
