The required prior work experience for the bidder is that the work order with completion date within last 07 years shall be acceptable. For experience purpose, the work order value is considered, and it should be annualized. The bidder's experience will be counted for the particular portion of the job executed by them only. The required prior work experience includes: - 03 similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.90.60 Lacs - OR - 02 similar completed works each costing not less than Rs.120.80 Lacs - OR - 01 similar completed work costing not less than Rs.151.00 Lacs The values of completed works are inclusive of GST. The work order must contain at least one tank of minimum 200 KL capacity, and the works should be similar in nature, including fabrication, erection, and installation of mild steel storage tanks and allied works in petroleum, petrochemical, or chemical installations. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the work value shall be worked out as per the percentage share of the bidder in the JV / Consortium / Joint bidding agreement. Evaluation criteria include various aspects such as Safe Work Practises (15), Mobilisation Time (5), Percentage cash flow against WO Value till original CDD (5), Material supply - delivery made on time (5), Completion Time (10), Quality of Work, and Relationship Management, with specific percentages assigned to each sub-criterion.
