The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having provided consultancy services for successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The similar works can be either: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the project. Additionally, the bidder's prior work experience is considered based on the work done by them, and their proportionate experience is allowed to the extent of their share in the joint venture/consortium. The Average annual audited financial turnover for the last 3 years shall be at least 40% of the estimated consultancy fee put to tender. The value of executed works is brought to the current level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum.
