The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in management of institutional facilities, with specific requirements such as: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 106.38 Lakhs or above of the estimated cost of Rs. 265.95 Lakhs. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 132.98 Lakhs or above of the estimated cost of Rs. 265.95 Lakhs. - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 212.76 Lakhs or above of the estimated cost of Rs. 265.95 Lakhs. - At least 01 similar work of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, i.e., Rs. 106.38 Lakhs or above of the estimated cost of Rs. 265.95 Lakhs should have been successfully completed with some Central Government Department / State Government Department / Central Autonomous Body / State Autonomous Body / Central Public Sector Undertaking / State Public Sector Undertaking / City Development Authority / Municipal Corporation of City. The values and percentages of similar works completed are as follows: - 40% of estimated cost: Rs. 106.38 Lakhs - 50% of estimated cost: Rs. 132.98 Lakhs - 80% of estimated cost: Rs. 212.76 Lakhs - Estimated cost: Rs. 265.95 Lakhs Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar works with a minimum value of 40% of the Estimated Cost Put to Tender (ECPT) in any government department/PSU during the last seven years, with the value of similar works enhanced by 7% per annum.
