“Construction of Concourses (2 Nos) after the demolition of existing FOBs (2 Nos), East Terminal Building, Multi-Level Car Parking, Office Building, Service Building, FOB from Metro Station, Permanent Way Office including development of Yard Area (300 Sqm), P Way Depot, West Side Canopy, Platform Upgradation works (Platform 1 to 6), STP, internal roads, drainage, water supply works including bore well, pump house, power supply, lighting, landscaping and all other incidental works of Railway Station, Construction of associated Passenger Amenities, Services and Utilities including all Civil, Structural, Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Water Supply, Sanitary, ACS (Access Control System), BMS (Building Management System), Cabling, Cable Tray, Raceways, HDPE Pipe works, CCTV, Earthing, Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting, Flood Light Fixtures, HT Panels, Busduct, HVAC, LAN, Lifts, Escalators, Lightning Protection, Lights, Fans, Public Address System, Panels, DBs, Security System, Transformers, UPS, DG, Electrical Wiring/ Accessories, etc and its associated works” on Sub Contract Basis in Connection with Re-Development of Ernakulam Junction Railway Station at Ernakulam, Kerala.
