The required prior work experience for the bidder varies by personnel, including: - Project Manager/Site In charge: 15 years for Graduate Engineer, 20 years for Diploma Engineer - Engineer – QA/QC: 5 years for Graduate Engineer, 8 years for Diploma Engineer - Site Engineer/Discipline Engineer: 5 years for Graduate Engineer, 8 years for Diploma Engineer - Planning Engineer/Quantity Surveyor: 5 years for Graduate Engineer, 8 years for Diploma Engineer - Safety Supervisor: 2 years of practical experience in construction work environment For similar works, the cumulative value of all works shall be considered as single work for meeting the value as per requirement of Qualifying Criteria. The value of executed works may be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Part completion of scope of work in a contract will also be considered. The total penalty for non-deployment of personnel shall not exceed 2% of the awarded contract value.
