The required prior work experience for the bidder is the successful completion of underground Optical Fiber Cable construction work, with a minimum length of 15 Km during the last five years combined together. The experience should be reckoned as per Proforma C of Section XIV and should not include other works like Pole less/Up-gradation/Maintenance works of OFC/External Plant/ UG Cable (Copper), FTTH/ overhead OFC laying, etc. The bidder needs to provide a self-attested copy of OFC Laying Experience Certificate, which includes details of work orders and payment details for the work executed. The Experience Certificate should mention the amount and length of OFC laid, and it is certified that these amounts have been paid to the contractor. The annual turnover certificate is required for any two years of the financial years separately in the last five years period, with audited financial statements and annual turnover certificate duly attested by CA, indicating the annual turnover for an amount of at least 30% of estimated cost of work put to tender.
