GKVK1 - Supply, installation of Ground-mount On-grid 100kW solar power generation system for internal usage (not for export to BESCOM grid system)-1 No. SPV Modules for 100 kWp(Location: Chintamani, Karnataka) a) 1st unit: 30 kWp Monocrystalline type SPV modules, Module efficiency: 15.5 to 20%, MNRE/Bescom approved make, b) 2nd unit: 70 kWp Monocrystalline type SPV modules, Module efficiency: 15.5 to 20%; MNRE/Bescom approved make, On grid Solar power Inverter : a) On grid invertor (three phase) suitable to 30kWp (1st unit) SPV modules, b) 70kWp (2nd unit) SPV modules, Make: APC/Luminous/tata/Microtek/other/MNRE/Bescom approved, Inverter efficiency 95% DC & AC armoured Cable: DC armoured cable of 4 sq. mm for interconnection of panels and AC armoured cable necessary to connect load points (4 locations) where transformers (100kW) located, For 1st unit, 50sq. mm of 200 m length based on requirement and for 2nd unit, 95 sq.mm (suitable for cable connectivity lugs, gland) 800 m length underground laying at 2.5-3 ft depth with cable route marking which including earthwork & refilling the trench., Supply & Installation of zero export device, Power measure meters: Total power generated, consumption, etc. required for both units Including BESCOM Corresponding works etc., has been considered., ACDB -DCDB or similar functional units (3 phase): Required Solar ACDB/DCDB components as per requirements suitable size MCCB with fabrication for safety device, three Phase, etc, (Voltage output- 3 phase: 440 V, Frequency 50 Hz plus or minus 0.5 Hz) required for both units, Safety devices/ protection: Rain protection structure/ shed for invertors at panel installation site with bed work.
