Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stack piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately complete as per specifications

Dismantling of existing reinforced cement concrete T & P and scaffolding wherever necessary sorting the dismantling material, disposal of un serviceable materials and stacking the serviceable material with all lead and lifts complete as per specification.

KSRB M2100-19.2. Providing and laying Plain/ Reinforced Cement Concrete in open foundation with OPC design mix M30 @ 360 kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @ 0.69cum and fine aggregates @ 0.46cum, with superplastisiser @ 3 litres conforming to IS 9103 Reaffirmed -2008 complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications including cost of all materials, labour, HOM, curing, form work, scaffolding and centering complete as per specifications.

KSRRB M2300-8.1 : Providing and placing Reinforced / Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification for height upto 5m. RCC /PSC with OPC cement design mix M35 @ 390 kgs, with 20mm and down size graded granite metal coarse aggregates @0.68cum and fine aggregates @ 0.45cum, with superplastisiser @ 3 lts confirming to IS 9103-1999 Reaffirmed-2008 including cost of all material, labour, HOM, curing, form works, scaffolding and centering comple as pere specifications

KSRB 4.9.2 : Providing T.M.T steel reinforcement for RCC work using TMT Bars Fe 500 for including straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design (laps, hooks and wastage shall not be measured and paid) cost of materials, labour, HOM of machinery complete as per specifications. The cost includes cost of sheets, transportation & fixing in posision with GI bolts 8mm with CI plain and bitumen/ rubber washer with plastic cap at top etc. complete.

Providing & Fixing Roofing ridges of high width (1145mm) with colour coated galvalume sheet of total coating thickness (TCT) 0.47mm (50%Alu, 43% Zinc 1.5 to 1.6% silicon) . Fixed to the purlins with galvanized iron J/L hooks, bolts, MS brackets of size 25x10mm and nut 8mm dia with CI plain bitumen/rubber washer with rubber cap at the top of the bolt. Providing and constructing Dry Lean Cement Concrete mix CC 1:5:10 with OPC @ 150 kg/cum, with 25mm and down size graded granite metal, coarse aggregate at 0.86 cum and fine aggregates @ 0.58 cum sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with (coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383) aggregate cement ration not to exceed 15:1. Aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600-1, optimum Moisture Content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days mixed in batching plant, transported to site, laid,compacting with plate vibrato, finishing and curing complete as per specifications, MORTH Specification No. 601.

KSRRB M600-2 : Cement Concrete Pavement :- Providing and Constructing un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavements using Drade concrete M40having flexural strength not less than 4.50 Mpa over a prepared base with OPC, coarse aggregates at 0.64 cum, fine aggregates at 0.36 cum coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383 -2016 and table 600-3 of MORTH V revision with superplastisizer at 3lts conforming to IS 9103-1999 reaffirmed 2008, loading materials to batch mix plant by front end loader, mixed in a cement concrete batch mix plant as per approved mix design, transported to site in transit truck agitator 5 cum capacity, laid, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including cost for providing contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, impermiable plastic sheet of 125 micron, grove cutting, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades, textured with texturing machine and curing including cost of all materials, labour, HOM, all lead lift charges etc., complete as per specifications MORTH V revision Specification No. 601. with M40 @ 420kgs/cum Cement, C.A, 0.64 cum, F.A 0.36 Cum using Concrete Batch Mix plant 75 cum/hr. capacity.

Credit for taking away the dismantled AC sheets including all labour charges, conveyance and all other incidental charges etc., complete. (Amount quoted for this item will be deducted)
