The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having worked as a prime contractor or nominated/approved sub-contractor for similar works. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last seven years. For similar work experience, the bidder should have completed: - Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 127.04 Lakh each, - Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 158.80 Lakh each, - One similar completed work costing not less than Rs. 254.09 Lakh. The bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only during the last three years and should have completed not less than 90% of the contract value of similar works. The required experience for key personnel includes 5 years of experience on highway construction/maintenance work for both the Project Manager and the Material-cum-Quality Control Engineer. The bidder should have a graduation in Civil Engineering with 3 years of experience or a diploma in Civil Engineering with 5 years of experience. Regarding the value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have completed at least 75% of the value of indented work in any 3 indents issued by the Engineer. Additionally, the bidder is required to undertake that their firm would invest a minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work during implementation of the Contract towards the working capital. The bidder should not have abandoned any work on National Highways in India nor any contract awarded to them for such works have been rescinded, during last five years prior to the date of this bid. The amount of liquidated damages for delay in completion of works is 0.1 percent of the indented value, rounded off to the nearest thousand, per day, with a minimum of Rs. 10,000/- per day, and the maximum limit of liquidated damages for delay in completion of work is 10 percent of the initial contract price, rounded off to the nearest thousand.
