The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed or substantially completed similar works in the last seven years. The similar works can be one of the following: - One work of Rs. 4,76,08,126/- (excluding GST) - Two separate works each of minimum Rs. 2,97,55,079/- (excluding GST) - Three separate works each of minimum Rs. 2,38,04,063/- (excluding GST) Alternatively, the bidder can have experience in works with specific volumes, such as: - One work with at least 11 Check-In counters and 144 meters of Arrival conveyor in a single contract - Two separate works each with at least 7 Check-In counters and 90 meters of Arrival conveyor in a single contract - Three separate works each with at least 6 Check-In counters and 72 meters of Arrival conveyor in a single contract The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of bid opening. Substantial completion is based on 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum annual value of Rs. 28.56 Cr. (excluding GST) for work executed, with at least Rs. 14.28 Cr. (excluding GST) of which is from Electrical and Mechanical works, carried out in any of the year during last five (05) years. The bidder should also have an Average Annual Financial Turnover of Rs 2,10,66,596/- (Excluding GST) against works executed during last three years and a minimum net worth of Rs. 89,26,524/- (Excluding GST).
