Minor Irrigation Department Tender

Survey, Investigation, Design, Supply, Installation, testing etc., for Lifting/ Pumping of 1) 40 MLD secondary treated water from Kadubeesanahalli sewage treatment plant (STP) to Bellanduru Jackwell for KIADB under K&C Valley Project and Improvements and Beautification to Narasapura tank, Kolar Ammanikere tank and at DC point near Lakshmisagar tank in Kolar taluk & Somesh Palya tank in Mulbagal Taluk. 2) 10 MLD Secondary Treated water from Hulimavu Sewage Treatment plant (STP) to Chickabegur Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) 3) 15 MLD Secondary treated water from Chikkabeguru Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) to Agara Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and 4) 50 MLD secondary treated water (35+15) from Agara STP to Anekal LIS project by Lift irrigation scheme. Including commissioning, comprising of Head works, Construction of Intake channels, Jackwell cum pump house, Pumping machineries, power supply including substation, terminal bay, laying of transmission line etc., Rising Main, Gravity Main, Road and railway Crossing by trench less method, installation of SCADA including land acquisition and crop compensation, statutory charges towards departmental approvals, utility shifting etc., and other components including operation and maintenance for a period of five years after successful commissioning of package work through lift irrigation scheme on Turnkey Basis. The Quoted Rate i.e., THE TURN KEY, LUMP SUM, CONTRACT BASED ON TENDERER’S design shall be exclusive of GST, but inclusive of Municipal Taxes, Local Taxes, Octroi, all Royalties, Patent Rights, labour welfare cess, other Incidental Charges, all and any other Taxes wherever applicable and any further taxes inclusive or revised during the construction and operation period including the maintenance & servicing of all equipment’s and allied Accessories and any replacement of items if required, exclusive of energy charges during the operation of the Scheme. No claim whatsoever in this regard shall be entertained by the Employer. The Quoted Rate shall be inclusive of all Operation & Maintenance cost for a Period of 5 years. The Statutory approvals required before commencement of work, at the time of construction and after completion of work from the competent authorities shall be obtained by the tenderer and the relevant applicable fees / deposits to be paid/deposited (i.e. statutory fees) shall also be borne by the Bidder. The drawings for the whole project shall be submitted to the Department (Employer) within 8 weeks from the date of agreement and shall be got approved (PROOF CHECKED) by the IIT/IISc or any reputed organization (as directed by the Employer) along with the detailed estimate including all necessary survey and alignment details with measurements and programme (CPM / PERT Chart) for the completion of the project within 8 weeks from the date of agreement at tenderers cost. Employer/ Department will not be under any liability for delay. The As-built Drawings along with Operation & Maintenance Manuals and warranty details before handing over of project to the Employer in all respect shall be submitted. The necessary charges for approval of all the drawings shall be borne by the Bidder and in no case the Employer is liable for delay. All the Design Criteria shall be as per relevant BIS, MORTH, NBC, and other relevant Standards and prevailing Bye Laws and the same shall be got approved from IIT/IISc / any reputed organization processed through Head of the Department. The bidder shall quote total amount for the whole works, including all statutory (BWSSB, BESCOM, KSPCB, KPTCL, Forest, NHAI, SH & Other roads by PWD / ZP, Railway department & KFS and any other departments which are applicable) approvals required at all stages. Work shall include all Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and all other Safety Aspect, statutory required works as mentioned above and any other Works required for the Construction and Completion of the Works in all respects and to the satisfaction of the Employer.
