Providing and applying Tack coat as per table 500-5 on prepared surface using Rapid setting bituminous (RS-1) emulsion complying with IS 8887 of approved quality and make including including cleaning of road surface by mechanical broom & dusting by Air compressor and spraying by Bitumen Pressure distributor, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading stacking etc., complete except lead for emulsion., (I) using Rapid setting bituminous emulsion (RS-1) (A) On bituminous Surface @2 kg/ 10 sqm and as directed by the Engineer in Charge of work.(As per Item 5.02 I A Page No.42 of N.H. Circle Dharwad CSR of 2018-19 & continued for 2019-20 & continued for 2020-21)

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed aggregates as per table 500-8,9,10 of specified graded aggregates and filler (cement)@2% by weight of aggregates, premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 grade (VG-30) in Batch/Hot mix plant, loading of aggregateswith F.E. loader transported to site in tipper to paver laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 abd 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, with all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in charge of wok excluding cost of primer/tack coat(Compacted thickness)(D)Using 40-60 TPH Hot mix plant and Mechanical Paver finisher (ii)Grading 2 : 50-75mm compacted thickness(26.50 mm nominal size) @4.50% Bitumen (a)Using Bitumen 60/70 Grade (VG-30) and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.(As per I.No 5.04,D,D-2,(ii) (a), P No.45-50 of N.H. Circle Dharwad CSR of 2018-19 & continued for 2019-20 & continued for 2020-21)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete using crushed stone aggregates as per table 500-16,17 of specified graded aggregates and filler (stone dust / cement)@2% by weight of aggregates, premixed with bituminous binde in Batch/Hot Mix plant, loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roaller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc., complete, except lead for Bitumen & with a lead of mixed material upto 1km excluding cost of primer/tack coat (Compacted thickness)(D)Using 40-60 TPH Hot mix plant with mechanical Paver Finisher (D-2) Using cement as filler material at 2 % weight of aggerigates (ii) Grading-2 with 5.40% Bitumen (30-40mm compacted thickness) (13.20 mm nominal size) (a) Using 60/70 Grade (VG-30) Bitumen and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work.(As per I.
