Earthwork Excavation for roadwork in soil by mechanical means with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location, unloading, with all lifts and lead including all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete including all incidental charges complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud slurry watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade , profile and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled roller, to get the required density compelete as per clause 310 including lead all labour, hire charges of all machineries, materials etc., including all incidental charges complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Construction of Embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures, graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross-section including lead watering, spreading by Dozer, grading by motor grader and consolidation by vibratory road roller with desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density within a including all lead, all lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete. including all incidental charges complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Construction of Embankement with approved material obtained from borrow pits in layers not exceeding 250 mm loose thickness, spreading, breaking clods, removal of roots and other organic materials to the required line, grade and cross-section including lead watering, consolidation by vibratory road roller with desired field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density with all including lead & lifts, including lead loading, unloading, all labour, hire charges of all machineries etc., complete as per table 300-2. including all incidental charges complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Construction of Sub-Grade and Earthen Shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & including leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 in layers not exceeding 250mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., spreading by Dozer, grading by motor grader, consolidation by vibratory road roller including lead all including leads, all lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, hire charges of machinery etc., complete. including all incidental charges complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing laying, spreading and compacting of Close Graded Grading-II Material (as per MoRT&H table 400-1 & 400-2), mixing in a Wet mix plant of 75 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including lead protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all including lead and lift etc., complete with including lead of mixed material. (Compacted Thickness) . including all incidental charges complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Construction of Wet Mix Macadum by providing laying, spreading and compacting of graded stone aggregates as per Table 400-12&13, mixing in a Wet mix plant of 75 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with Mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including lead protection of edges of WMM layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all including lead and lift etc., complete including lead of mixed material (Compacted Thickness). including all incidental charges complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen (SS-I) emulsion on WMM/WBM surface @ 0.80Kg/sqm complying with IS: 8887 of approved quality and make on prepared surface of granular Base such as WBM, WMM including cleaning of road surface by Mechanical Broom & dusting by Air compressor, and spraying using Bitumen Pressure Distributor, uniformly at the rate as per Table 500-1, including lead cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading etc., complete, including lead for emulsion, all incidental charges complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and applying Tack Coat as per Table 500-5 on prepared surface using 80/100 (VG-10) grade bitumen on Granular surfaces Treated with primer at 2.5kg/10 sqm. complying with IS:73 of approved quality and make including lead cleaning of road surface by Mechanical Broom & dusting by Air compressor, and spraying by Bitumen Pressure Distributor, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading stacking, etc complete, including all lead charges. including all incidental charges complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam 50-75mm compact thickness using crushed aggregates as per table 500-8,9,10 of Grading-2 aggregates (26.50 mm nominal size) and filler (Cement) @ 2% by weight of aggregates, premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 Grade (VG-30) @ 4.50% Bitumen in 100-120 TPH Capacity Batch mix plant , loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with Paver Finisher Hydrostatic with sensor control to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labours, hire charges of machinery, including all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, including lead of mixed material excluding cost of primer/tack coat. including all incidental charges complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work. Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete 30-40mm compacted thickness using crushed stone aggregates as per table 500-16, 17 of Grading-2 graded aggregates (13.20 mm nominal size) and filler (Cement) @ 2% by weight of aggregates premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40% using 60/70 Grade (VG-30) Bitumen in 100-120 TPH Capacity Batch mix plant, loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with Paver Finisher Hydrostatic with sensor control to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, including lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting etc complete, including lead for Bitumen & cement, including lead of mixed material excluding cost of primer/tack coat. including all incidental charges complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and construction of dry lean cement concrete sub base over a prapared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate 25 mm and 12.50 mm Granite / Basalt/ Trap metal and clean sieved approved sand, after blending to be as per table 600-I, cement content at 150kg/cum OMC to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strengh not to be less than 10 MPa at 7 days, loading materials to batch mix plant by FE loader mixed in a batching plant at 75 cum/hr transported to site in tipper to paver, laid with paver finisher with electronic sensor to the required grade level and alignmenet, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lift, hire charges of machinerires etc, complete with all lead for mixed material (Compacted thickness), including all incidental charges and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and construction of un-reinforced , dowel jointed, plain cement concreate Pavement Quality Concrete for pavements using M-40 grade concrete having Flexural strength not less than 4.50 Mpa over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement at 400kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS 383 coarse aggregate 25 mm & 12.50 mm Granite/Basalt/ trap metal as per table 600-3 & clean seived approved sand, loading materials to batch mix plant by F.E loder mixed in a cement conrete batch mix plant at 175 cum/hr as per approved mix design transported to site in transit truck agitator 5 cum Capacity laid with slip form paver with electronic sensor compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of Contraction , expansion , construction & Longitudinal joints, joint filler , separation membrane , sealant primer , joint sealant, debonding strip , dowel bar , tie rod , admixtures, curing , compounds as approved , finishing to the required grade , leval and alignment, textured with texturing machine , Finishing & curing including cost of all materials, labour lead & lift, hire charges of machineries etc, complete with all lead for mixed material including lead for cement (Compacted thickness) including all incidental charges and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and laying RCC Wearing Coat M-30 grade as per drawing using granite / trap / basalt aggregates of 20mm and down size using clean sieved approved sand mixing mechanically in batching palnt, carriage by transit mixer and laying by concrete pump, formwork, curing, fabrication of reinforcement including the cost of steel and all other materials, hire charges of machinary, labour, lead, lifts, loading, unloading etc., complete including lead for steel & cement. including all incidental charges complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing, erecting and fixing type-A "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road / ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8m high, 1.1m below ground / road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS: 1367 and IS: 1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete inlcuding cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting etc., complete including all incidental charges complete and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Painting the Road surface using approved quality Thermo Plastic Material (homogeniously composed of aggregates, pigment, resings and glass reflcetorising beeds) confirming to Clause-803.4.2.2 applied hot either by screeding or extension process at the rate of 5kg/sqmtr of painted surface using suitable machine capable of controlled preparation and laying with surface applicator of glass beads at 250gms/sqmtr allowing cooling to ambient pavement temperatutre, that shall produce an adherent pavement marking of minimum specified thickness of 2.5mm including barricading for traffic diversion as per IRC:35 cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site, barricading for traffic diversion, traffic control including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, including lead, lift, transporting etc., complete. Note : A sealing primer may be applied in advance on cement concrete pavement to ensure proper bonding. Providing and erecting Direction and Place Identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67-2001 made of high intensity grade micro prismatic HIP type IV sheeting, fixed over aluminium sheeting 2 mm thick Supported on Class B GI pipe 80mm dia, 3.5mtrs long, with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete, 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cms below ground level as per approved drawing, the item includes earth work excavation, cement concrete M-15 grade, two coats of approved synthetic enamel painting to the steel surface, as per clauses, including curing, cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting, including all incidental charges complete & as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.
