Providing and fixing in repair factory made uPVC white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Slidingmesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm),Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware.EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories, and Area of window not exceeding 2.00 sqm each rate include all other accessories complete all as specified and directed. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured lor payment purpose.)

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed window/ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in Repairs Tubular towel rail 20 mm dia, D type 60 cm long aluminium anodised between flanges complete all as specified and directed.

Material&Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair to collapsible steel gates top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc, as specified, erected in position and securing runners position and securing runners with hold fast and brackets,ball bearings incl required accessories complete greasing and oiling,two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Aluminium powder coated door with frame using aluminium powder coated section of size 63.50x38.10x1.95mm thick (single Groove) and shutter consisting bottom and middle rail using aluminium section of size 114.30x44.45x2.15 mm thick , top rail using aluminium section of size 83.50x44.45x2 mm thick ,vertical style using aluminium section of size 85x44.45x1.80 mm thick with 6mm thick black tinted/plain glass insert to full shutter including aluminium andised handle of size 200mm long 02 nos ,150mm tower bolt - 01 no glazing clip size 19x17.30x1.20 m thick ,rubber ring/gasket/beading sliding /dead lock 6 lever size 100 mm,air gaps filled with silicon agent,airforce logo UV Print technology etc complete all as specified and directed.

Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and complete all as specified and directed. NOTE - (i) Net area of window shall be measured. (ii) Quoted rate is inclusive of grill.

Material and Labour for 8 to 12 mm thick tiles for insulation and accoustic purposes, 600X600 MM in size, staples on aluminium powder snap grid in ceiling including anodised aluminiumpowder coated snap grid frame work and hangers 6 mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Perforated particle board/tiles for insula-tion and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size or large for wall panelling, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid with selected colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Cover fillets of thickness 4.50 mm standard hard board suitable for wall panelling, 40mm wide, and fixing with screws complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Supply and fixing Non - skid Ceramic colouerd tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Granite with selected colour of any type tiles 20 mm thick machine cut as in steps ,cooking plateform and the like , bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone over and including 20 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM 1:4 for chequred tiles portion work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surface of walls, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparation of new surfaces of walls and applying one coat of wall care putty and then applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer as per manufauture instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over 3 mm thcik wall care putty with smooth finishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applaying two or more coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm,building height upto 15.00 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Sheet glass 4.0mm thick, selected quality & fixing to UPVC window with required items in square exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 12mm thick Toughened glass fixing to stainess steel railing,with selected design of railing for stair case ,balcony etc with embossed airforce emblem,with all fixing materails required on site,cutting,polishing,drilling holes,rubbing, with smooth edge of all outside portion complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing vertical blinds heavy gauge powder coated aluminum channels & gear accessories suitable to existing window for operations with printing of 'Airforce Logo' of size 2' X 2' complete all as specified and directed. NOTE - After fully closed, the size of blinds, end to end shall measured & paid

Taking down existing old iron partitions with fixed glass portions upto 5 floors of building and prepare the surface with 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling of CI pipe joints in cement and taking out in trenches or in floor or wall, 100 mm dia complete all as specified.

Dismantling of fillets,wooden hand rails incl framed work, posts, rafters,purlins,without disturbing the granite floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.

M & L for Point wiring with 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with copper conductor drawn in and including with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including suitable size Non metalic regid PVC conduit and all conduit accessories (surface) and including provision of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper cable FRLS as earth continuity conductor fabricated branded Modular Metal concealed in walls with incl suitable sunken type pressed steel terminal box and suitable laminated sheet top cover for One 3 pin socket outlet, 15 Amps on independent board, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix modular switch 1 way 16A, 1 module all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Modular switch single pole 1 way 6A, 1 moduleall as specified and directed.

Material and labour Sub main wiring with 4runs of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated FR Copper conductor cable including PVC conduit of Suitable along with one run of 4 Sq.mm FR copper cable for earth continuity conductor as earth lead for sub main wiring and connecting to common earth dolly, all as specified & directed. NOTE :- 5 runs of 4 Sqmm cable and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as 1 unit length.
