M&L for reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class ELV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm flat perpendicular to axis of cable for protecting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core including taking down old complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate for as in fdn or mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting road / hard standing to depth not exceeding 60 CM and to width not exceeding 45 CM for laying HDPE Pipes and making good the disturbed surfaces by 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI Pipe Light grade 40mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for making cable connection from existing LT panel to proposed LT XLPE cable of size 50 sqmm 4 core with suitable lugs and cable glands ,nuts bolts Zashers and ulling of cable through existing cable trences/cable ducts and hume pipes up to necessary distance and etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

CPRI approved LT panel outdoor type of size 1.5x1.5x0.90 Mtr suitable size recommended by manufacturer cubical floor mounted type (IP-65 degree of protection ) made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint powder coated, bus bar 200 amps rating made of aluminium strip (40x5mm) duly drilled holes for connections and mounted on epoxy based post insulators for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 HZ AC supply ,hibling , cable entry boxes , cable gland incl 50x50x6 mm frame (bottom portion of the panel) , grouted by using foundation 1:2:4 type C1 with 20 mm graded stone aggregates totally tested as per IEC 61439-I with the following accessories. M& L for wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor ZHFR PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100V grade conforming to IS 694 drawn through steel ERW conduit of 25mm (external) flame proof, heave grafe ISI marked including necessary conduit accessories surface on wall , ceiling etc. including 1.5mm PVC insulated flame retardent copper conductor as in continous earth wire for One flameproof light point controlled by one way metal clad switch, all as specified and directed.

S/F flame proof rotary switch single pole 25 Amps, 230 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 1x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapour group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, all as specified and directed.

M & L for wiring for circuit /sub main wiring 2 Nos of 4 sqmm of ZHFR, PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable with earth wire of 4 sqmm of ZHFR, PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in recessed , drawing in concealed and including steel cunduit complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Three runs of 4 sqmm copper cable, one run of PVC conduit shall be measured & paid as one unit.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt , earth lead GI wire 4mm dia connectd to GI earth plate elcectrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanised iron pipe medium grade 15mm bore and 20mm bore light grade GI pipe with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth work and connecting the earthing to main switch board and pole as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone / brick / PCC Block masonry wall built in cement mortar complete all as specified

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

Rendering 15mm thick on block masonary surface in CM 1.4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for precast cement concrete cover slabs 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover salabs and the like, set in cement mortar 1:6 with plain fair faces complete with joints to match all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as specified.

S&F TMT bars 6mm to 8mm mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, channels and the like including use of necessary moulds, etc. and finishing the surfaces even and smooth with using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

S&F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. etc confirming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250, quality A. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

S&F pre painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated/ trapizoidal shape steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall,fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M &L for dismantling Aluminum partition of any disruption and in any position with taking off carefully 12 mm thick particle boards and Glazing complete and Re fixing the same in other opening weith modification of aluminum framed as required and directed with particle board and glazing secured with aluminum beading, clips/strips and rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting Hole of 150mm dia with Core cutting machine in stone masonry wall of any thickness and in any position and sealing the same with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 after fixing necessary PVC sleeves 100mm pipe line complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285,with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling.

S&F power coated aluminium door, window and ventilator shutters sliding/hund type, without sash bar, aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 5 to 5.50mm thick glass for fixing in aluminium door and Window, partitions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to frame work etc complete all as specified and directed.
