Supply and fxing in replacement of 7 meter high hot dipped octagonal poles with 130mm bottom dia & 70mm top dia made up of 3mm thick HT Sheet alongwith base plate of size 200x200x12mm including fiundation bolts & bracket of isze M20x600mm EN 8 grade 'J" type foundation bolts and numbering of poles, in white paint over black painted back ground at a height of 1.5m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide with etc complete as required and all as specified and directed.complete accessories as required including dismantling existing pole.

Supply and fix in repair driver suitable for 45 Watt LED light fittings and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only galvanised steel wire rope 8 mm dia 30 mtr long suitable for existing high mast light tower 15 mtr to 20 Mtr height as specified.

Dismantling and taking down the complete high mast tower 16 to 20 mtr height by removing bolts and nuts at the bottom with the help of crane/motor and removing the worn out /cut stainless steel GI wire unservicable pulley,shafts checknuts etc including fixing new spares,applying grease, checking and rectifying mechanical and electrical connections and re-erecting the same after making functional of all components complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge Note:(i) Necessary Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item/items of the schedule as supply only. The rate for minor spares necessary for carryingout the repair work which are all not covered under the schedule shall also deemed to be included the quoted rate. (ii) The rate quoted deemed to be included the rate of all manpower including technicians, crane operator etc. and all tools and plants including crane/motor required to carryout above work. (iii) The light assembly shall also be checked twice in the contract period other than the repairing time by taking down the light assembly from top to bottom and taking up to the original position (i.e. from bottom to top) after completing the repair work if any including checking the serviceability of high mast operating mechanism.
