M & L repair/maint of LT panel board by dismantling all cable connection i.e incoming and outgoings and trenching out cable / cable loop after digging, cutting burnt portion of cable, cleaning and fixing of lugs with crimping tool, cleaning of bus bar with emery paper, tightening of bus bar with busbar insulators, spray painting to panel board (Inner & outer) with 2 coats of synthetic super enammelled paint after rubbing and cleaning of existing paint, re-fixing of cable with busbars/circuit breaker, by providing new bolts, nuts and washers cable lugs to be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cutting of existing cement concret/butuminous road of size not less than 50mm for laying of electrical cable in GI pipe and makng good to the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC or same material after laying of electrical cables and returning filling of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commission out door type CPRI approved feeder pillar boxes 600mm x 600mm x 500mm (Bus bar chamber) with aluminium bus bar 400 amps - 04 Nos fixed over epoxy insulators and outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet supported with MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 90 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable single door ( door hinged with body at 4 places with hinges ) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commission in repair out door type CPRI approved cubical panel board size suitable for housing the u/m accessories outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 90 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, CPRI approved frame factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system (Each door hinged with body at 4 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fency lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 comprising of the following :-

INCOMING:- (a) TPN Aluminium bus bar 400 Amps insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size “F” class insulators not less than 1.0 mtr long (b) MCCB 400 Amps 4 pole, 415 volts,electronic release with rupturing capacity 50 KA-01 No (c) Voltmeter digital type 0-500Amps with in built selector switch-01 No (d) Ammeter digital type 0-400 Amps with suitable size of CTs and inbuilt selector switch -01 No (e) Phase indicator lamp neon type RYB (set of three)-01 set

OUT GOING:- (a) MCCB 250 Amps 3 pole 415 Volts, thermal Magnetic releasewith rupturing capacity 25KA.-01No (b) MCCB 100 Amps 3 pole 415 Volts, thermal Magnetic releasewith rupturing capacity 16 KA.-02 Nos (c) MCB TP 63 Amps, 415 volts thermal magnetic release with rupturing capacity 16 KA - 01 No (d) One spare cabinet for accomadating MCCB 63 Amps for future expansion.
