Note :- (i) Sample of strata shall be collected for every 3 Mtrs intervel or where ever is a change in strata and the sample shall be preserved in a suitable statra sample box (as directed and specified). The cost of strata sample box is deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) The result of drilling mentioning total depth drilled, casing length lowered, depth at which fractures encountered, their corresponding yields, total yield shall be supported with a bore well chart after completion of the drilling. The cost of for the test is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply, lowering and fixing in position 150mm nominal bore ERW heavy duty MS housing pipe of 6.00 mm wall thickness confirming to IS 4270-2001 (ISI marked) including welding joints with MS ring around the pipes with MS flat iron 50mm x 6 mm all as specified and directed complete

Conducting yeild test with 'V"-notch for consecutive 3 days by providing suitable capacity of pumpset and fixing the optimum discharge.The cost of fuel for the test is deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Testing of water sample from bore well from Govt recognised laboratory or institute for chemical and biological analysis all as directed .

Supply, install, test and commission of multistage submersible pumpset suitable for operation on AC 3 phase 415 Volts of capacity minimum 60 LPM and 310 M head suitable for 150mm dia bore well and discharge pipe of dia 50 mm complete all as directed. Make :- Kirloskar, Cat No: 50HHF- 1325 discharge pipe dia 50 mm or equivalent Notes:- (i) The pumpset shall be supplied with two nos steel rope firmly tied with and suitablity selected so that submersible pumpset and electric supply cable shall move freely in bore hole.The cost of steel rope is deemed to be included in the unit rate. (ii) The pump set shall be supplied with water level controller alongwith cable of suitable size and capacity, lowering down upto the level of pump set complete with sensor. The cost of complete water controller set with cable is deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) Above given discharge and head are tentative. capacity of submersible pump to be provided shall depend on yeild and depth of borewell . The capacity of submersible pump shall be decided by Garrison Engineer after yeild test, draw down level accordingly ascertaining the depth of borewell and water level the pump to be installed .

Supply and fixing HDPE pipe of size 50 mm dia heavy grade, fixed throughout in soil without any joint upto maximum depth as directed, including necessary fittings for fixing of 3 phase borewell submersible pump set of any capacity and size along with all connected works to make the borewell functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and connectinng PVC Insulated flexible flat 3 core submersible cable with copper conductors of size 6 sqmm from control panel near bore well to submersible pump set complete all as directed. Make : Havells Code: WHPNDSKG36X0 or Techno commercially equivalent in Standard/Finolex/HPL.

Development of bore well with air compressor till sand/mud free portable quality water is obtained all as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for curves/coping/bed plates etc. slightly rounded or chamfered angles including weathering , form work complete all as directed.

Supply, install,testing & Commisioning of LT feeder pillar box/panel board/out door type, made out of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick duly powder coated, dust and vermin proof and angle iron frame of size 40x40x6 mm mounted on angle iron bracket (40x40x6mm) ie, 15cm below groung level and 15cm above ground level with suitable foundation/ platform for mounting the panel, 3 phase, 4 wire, 440 Volts, AC, 50 HZ with TPN aluminium bus bar of capacity 200 A with PVC insulated heat shrink colour code sleeves, mounted horizontaly with porcelain insulators, sufficient air vent provision for all the three sides, stickers / plastic plates for switch gear details complete with voltmeter 0-500 volts Ammeter 0-50Amps with CTS & selector switches, back to fuse, indicating lamps with toggle switches duly wired including, CBET locking arrngement and comprising of the following items:- (a) Aluminium bas bar of capacity 200 Amps 3 phase 4 wire including bridge insulator,nuts bolts,etc -o1 (b) Fully Automatic star Delta starter 415 Volts 50 Hz,3 phase suitable for up to 12.5 HP(minimum) for suitable submersible pump motor -01 (c) MCCB 4 pole,63 Amps, breaking capacity 25KA -01 (d) Ammeter 0-50 Amps range with CT and selector switch -01 (e) Volt meter 0-500 Volts range with selector switch-01 (f) LED indicator lamp of RYB color including fuse-01 Set

Note:- (i) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for all outgoing/incomimg cable connection marking including digging out loop, writing of feeder names with white paint in capital letters, suitable size of glands & lugs to be provided for cable etc, complete.

M&L for lay/spread in trenches ,river sand including cleaning,spreading,levelling, punning for laying/Sand cushioning of cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay well burnt sub class B bricks as mechanical protection tounderground cables laying with length of the trench all as specified and as directed.
